I typically like to look for more local businesses over the big one's and these guys are proof of why you should do that. I had a small problem with my bathroom faucet and they were able to come have it fixed in no time at a price that I didn't even feel like needed to be questioned since I was expecting to pay much more. Awesome local crew, 10/10 would recommend.

On time Plumbing is the only company I will call for all my plumbing & heating air needs!! As a single man with 5 kids money is tight so I have to be extremely cautious of who I can trust to do repairs.....will I be treated fairly? will they take the time to explain exactly what is wrong and give me the best options on how to deal with the problem? will they do the work in a timely manner and be fair with the price of their labor, parts, and service? The owners and employees of On time Plumbing were absolutely incredible! They patiently answered my many questions in terminology I could completely understand. Then showed me exactly what the labor and parts would be and why. They took care of what immediately needed to be done and then..... WENT THE EXTRA MILE by graciously taking care of a seemingly minor, but very irritating plumbing problems that I thought would have to wait until later, and they did it at no charge! I've told everyone, and especially my family & friends!!!

When their supplier accidentally shipped them the wrong unit, Ballard Plumbing went above and beyond to source a backup unit to install temporarily. They were always there when they said they would be and left the place as clean or better than it was. Would highly recommend them.

I had a pin hole in a 90 degree elbow from my main water line past the shut off valve. I called a repair ticket to my home warranty to fix the problem. Although I was unaware I need to mark it as an emergency; they quickly responded and informed me how to fix it. Within 24 hours they were there and fixed in less than 15 minutes even with other emergency jobs lined up. I also got a lot of helpful suggestions for future plumbing needs. I will definitely be going with them for my future plumbing needs.
