His team arrived on time, did a great job, and was pleasant to work with. As far as I can tell, the job was excellent, and the price was fair. Without a doubt, I'll hire Wichita Drain Clean & Plumbing services again.

We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter. Our technician, Edgar, was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. They let us know our costs up front and even discounted our bill for work that was done that didn't really help our issue. We will use Mr. Rooter for all our future plumbing needs. Extremely happy with our service.

They did what no one else would do to fix the problem

Matt is wonderful to work with. He came out again today to hook up our ice maker and fix the bathroom sink drain. Eck Electricians (been here for a proir job) will be out tomorrow to replace our DR ceiling fan and install a new kitchen light. Very, very happy with Eck and their employees.

Answered promptly even when I left a voicemail. Explained clearly what they were doing and why. Cleaned up after themselves. Charged a reasonable amount for some very dirty hard work in very hot weather and then didn't charge when they had to come back. Again showing us what they were doing and why. Very satisfied and will use them again and will tell all my friends. They also were clear about their service limits. Much appreciated.

He was very approachable, knowledgable, and tidy. In order to have the water turned off, he went above and above to coordinate with the property management team of our building. Future calls to Knight & Day plumbing are without a doubt.

Prompt service. I made an online appt. late at night and they called back by 8 the next morning, arrived shortly after and had service completed within an hour. The plumber was friendly and helpful.

I spoke with someone in the morning, and even though they were booked out, they still managed to get Ben out to fix my ac the same day. The whole exchange took about a half an hour, which was much quicker than I expected. Ben was polite, and moved quickly. Overall, it was as good experience, and I will use this company again!

From leaky faucets/a faulty shower/an inoperable sink, with the infamous bucket underneath, Kirk expeditiously, and, with great precision, addressed my plumbing needs. Furthermore, he replaced my husband's toilet seat (of which, the new toilet seat, in its package, had been resting by his commode in his man cave for likely the proceeding year). We even shared stories about grandchildren, children, and the simple joys in life....fast cars and boats. Without reservation, Kirk is recommended.

I called puppy's this morning and he was over within the hour very pleased with the service him and his son provided.Great guy down to earth and very reasonable with his price thank you for your help with our sewer clean out I will recommend him to anyone!!!!
