The professionalism and work performed was great. In addition, when choosing a large company like you all, I recognize that I might pay a little more for service. However, after assessing costs, to be charged over $600 more for the installation of a water heater than a friend paid for the exact same water heater two weeks prior is price gouging in my opinion and way overpriced. I feel like that is taking advantage of a customer who needs something replaced in a timely manner. Again, service and install was good. but the labor cost for two hours worth of work was way more than it should have been.

They were only one that returned our call. They were were on time, replaced leaking valves quickly and everything works great.

The Tech's were great. Called me and kept me Informed. Set up a time to be there and were on time.Had to have the main water line from the meter to the house replaced. The Tech's took the time to inspect the rest of the plumbing and drain lines to make sure that there were no other leaks.Very nice to deal with and the Tech's were great. I would highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing repairs

I don’t know how but they seemed to have hired all of the most reckless drivers in the whole city. I don’t have enough fingers to count how many times one of their vehicles has almost put me in an accident, this last one definitely would have totaled my car and put me in the hospital. I seem to be one of many who feel this way too. Not the type of people I’d trust to be in my home fixing anything. Not a good look for a business, if I ever have plumbing needs I know exactly where I’m NOT going. These guys are gonna hurt someone soon if they haven’t already. Enjoy the inevitable lawsuit!!

Highly recommend! Knight and Day plumbing came out when my pipes froze. All the other plumbers (3 different ones) I contacted said they didn’t do frozen pipes or couldn’t make it out for until a few days later. Knight and Day made time for me at the end of their day when it was dark and below freezing. They were extremely communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely reach out again if I have any other plumbing issues.

Doug and Donavon and the whole team were SO amazing! My husband was deployed when all our pipes froze, then rusted shut! I had no running water and nowhere to go with my three dogs so I was panicking. American Services came out SO FAST to at least get me CLEAN running water since I'd been drinking rusty water without even knowing it! They were super prompt and INSANELY fast!!
They did a beautiful job replacing my bathtub and my shower as well as all the pipes in my house. When my work schedule didn't allow me to be home, I trusted them in my home and just left a key for them to work and I always came home to clean work areas.
If I have one small criticism, it would be that they don't have a visual verification system for orders. For instance, with the shower, I'd mentioned that I wanted frosted glass for the doors but we ended up with clear, which actually looks fantastic but there's no documentation showing that I asked for frosted since everything was done verbally. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!

I had a good experience with Woodard Plumbing. Kirk does high quality professional work, he is quick and had everything he needed to get the job done. He was personable, and I was comfortable having him in my home even though it was just my daughter and I. He also answered questions about a couple other projects I want to work on.

Excellent customer service! They arrived at the scheduled time, installation of my garbage disposal was done in a timely manner and they were very clean and respectful of my house. Highly recommend and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Frederick Plumbing HVAC! They take care of our home and office building's plumbing, heating & A/C, and do a great job every time. They're courteous, professional & prompt.

The furnace at our home quit working Sunday afternoon and the person who answered their phone explained the fees involved and gave us the option of waiting until regular business hours on Monday. I checked with them Monday morning at 8:30, and though they were already fully booked they were able to squeeze us in Monday afternoon. Reasonably priced for their services, too!

Warranty company sent this company out. The plumber was late, Insisted our line ran to the back of the house. It doesn't. The plumber ran his line out to 100 ft. Insisted we have a septic system. (We don't) Finally said he hit something at 140ft. Explained that our line is collapsed and separated from each other. He refused to run a camera down my line. he pulled out a tiny bit of roots. said he probably lost some along the way.
over 24hours of us as well as the warranty company calling them they finally got back with us. he did respond via fb messenger and stood up for the mess the worker left.
The Plumber left feces wiped all over the walls in my basement bathroom. I knew it was not going to be super clean but the guy didn't even lay doesn a drop cloth or use a wet rag to wipe down. He was a young guy and I had a house full of kids so i did not make a huge deal of it at the time. I just wanted my drains fixed. But to leave feces on the wall of a customer and also to touch stair rails and other things is gross.
I messaged company and owner responded by sticking up for his employee. Explained the warranty company doesn't pay them to put up plastic and keep the area clean.
We ended up calling in a different company for a second opinion. They had called the city to find out where our line met with the city before ever even getting here. Our line intersects with the city at the street. 51ft from the main clean out drain. The camera showed very clean clay drains. evidence of some roots but they explained they looked very well maintained for clay drains. (turns out previous owner did take very good care of the pipes and had them cleaned regularly.)
Lyday was snaking the city's drain. Our problem ended up being between our floor drain and the main clean out. (LYDAY NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT MY FLOOR DRAIN.) Not even outside the home. Yet he was insisting we needed an entire new sewer line.
The second company even called the city and the city was out to our street same day and cleaned it out. Just to be sure it was not an issue on their end. Lyday could have handled this whole situation differently. review would have been completely different. That said, Even though the plumber came out was a slob, he was nice and tried to answer all my questions. or maybe he was just trying to make me believe we needed a whole new sewer line.
