We thought our home sewer line was clogged by roots and contacted Carr's Plumbing (for the first time). They were very responsive and sent someone out quickly. This was a major problem for my family, unable to use any water as it would flood our basement.
Christian was the service tech that responded and was VERY profession, courteous, and had a confidence that put us at ease. Everything was explained to us and at one point, we had to call city services to clean out the main. Christian was present when they arrived and made sure they understood the situation.
We've contracted with Carr's Plumbing to replace our sewer.

Sean and Laura are amazingly personable, they quickly repaired a leak and replaced my well pump in less than 4 hours. I am so appreciative of their diligence, communication, and honesty.
