They were courteous, prompt, well prepared and explained the repair well. They fixed the leak quickly and I’m very happy with their service. I would recommend to anyone.

They were going to charge me $3,500. However, they said the price may go up as work proceeded. I was desperate to have the water repaired. I am old and apparently I look a little senile. However, I didn't fall for it. It was repaired for a little over $500. If you are getting older, please be careful of a handshake and a friendly smile.

Colt came and cleaned my main sewer line. He was polite, efficient, clean and wonderful. Great customer service. I really appreciated his punctuality and knowledge- will definitely be calling them if I need anything in the future!

We always use Roto-Rooter for our drain cleanings. We have several trees on our property so roots clogging up our line is a common thing. Brian has always been polite and professional. We would highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter Wichita.

Their club is a good deal if you're home is more than 5 years old and you'll be in the area for awhile.
