He really knew his stuff. Very professional and personable. Very considerate and explained what he was doing. We were very happy with his work.

I DON'T WANT TO GIVE ANY STAR AS IT WILL INSULT STAR. THIS GUY CAME TO MY HOME TO CHECK IT AND BEFORE THAN HE TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE FOR FREE CHECK AND ESTIMATE. UPON GOING TO MY HOME LOOKING AT NICE AND BETTER HOME THAN HIS, HE CHARGED MY WIFE $50 JUST TO CHECK THE SUMPUMP IS WORKING OR NOT. UPON CONTACTING HIM FOR THE REFUND HE TOLD ME TO PROVIDE SOMETIME TO THINK AND LATER HE CALLED AND LEAVE THE VOICE MAIL TO SEND HIM THE ADDRESS AND HE WILL SEND THE CHECK BACK. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN TWO MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM HIM.

INEXPERIENCED.
Spent severl hours attempting to find leak. Even consulted supervisor to finally conclude it was a roof leak. I arrive home from work and immediately turn the water valve off to determine that it was irrefutably a plumbing problem (very consistant leak stopped). I then looked upstairs, under the sink, nearest where leak could be coming from and found both hot and cold valves seals were bad. In 20 minuest I did what this company could not, I am not a plumber. So calmly, expecting a quick fix sense there 6 hour issue of not knowing if it was plumbing, was magicly solved, of course I call to get the plumber back out to finish the job. And basically the response was that this was a different issue and they need another 65 dollors to come out and try again.. No apology. No remark about wrongfully suggesting roof issue. No mention about cutting my wall down without getting it approved by the company which claim was responsible for. I cannot believe they didnt think to shut the water off to deduce wether or not it was a roof leak or not. I used the word incompetent once i started to hear the phone reprisentitive started to get defensive and clearly not interested in helping, then hung up on me. Waste of money and a waste of time, insurance company is having them pay for damages to wall currently. Franlkin just found out it was the undersink stops and is replacing them, all done in less time lyday was here!

We have AHS so they use this company when we have plumbing issues. Although American Home Shield is nothing but problematic it's not the fault of this Plumbing company. On Time plumbing did a great job clearing out our plugged up sewer line!! After 2 days with not being able to use toilet or shower I was finally able to do so after they left! Thank you so much Justin and (can't remember the other guys name) you two were awesome!!

Josh W., came out to do our regular maintenance on our tankless water heater. He flushed it out and checked all to make sure it was in good working order. Great guy and super work.

After having a terrible experience with a previous contractor, we called JL plumbing to fix and finish the remodel of our bath and shower. Jay was very informative and easy to talk to through the entire process and he did an amazing job on absolutely everything. Willy came out and helped find the source of leaking into the basement. He was very considerate and incredibly friendly. He located the source of the leak within 10 minutes and explained everything he was doing. I would definitely recommend this company!

I called to just get an estimate on a plumbing job that I needed done, and he instead gave me free advice on how I could easily do it myself and save $200-$300! They are a wonderful service, and I recommend them to everyone!
