Chris and his crew were very professional which in this age is particularly nice. I was able to have a water heater installed the day after I called. Chris was willing to work around my schedule which as a teacher can be tricky. The crew was polite, efficient, and left the site nice and tidy. Highly recommend!

Customer service was EXCELLENT! I was very impressed with the technician who came to fix our sewer lift pump, Extremely professional, knowledgeable and completed the job quickly. The phone call to set up the appointment, they were also knowledgeable, able to give us a rough estimate (the problem was known when we called, the lift had to be replaced) and professional. They were out the next morning, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything to me. I was extremely impressed and will Highly recommend them to anyone.

We have AHS so they use this company when we have plumbing issues. Although American Home Shield is nothing but problematic it's not the fault of this Plumbing company. On Time plumbing did a great job clearing out our plugged up sewer line!! After 2 days with not being able to use toilet or shower I was finally able to do so after they left! Thank you so much Justin and (can't remember the other guys name) you two were awesome!!

Within 45 minutes, I had a new faucet that was far better than the original and with which I'm extremely happy. We had a leak in an outdoor spigot that had left substantial amounts of water leaking after checking the usual suspects. We figured that a hose had been left attached in winter and wanted the potential damage checked instead of just replacing it ourselves. RPD was quick to get back with emails, and scheduled us about 48h out from first email. They showed up at the early part of the scheduled window, were polite, quick, and concise. We got the invoice about 45 min after they left. For pricing transparency the service Hose bib: Woodford 101 replacement. Used 1” wall insulation to protect
new Woodford 101 hose bib from freezing. Tightened front
hose bib packing nut. ran just over $320 with the subtotal for parts and labor being $299 and about $21 for tax. It would have been cheaper to do this myself, but I did want the pro opinion. The pricing is inline with estimates often given in medium COL areas. I would encourage the business to include an itemized invoice for future visits. We're happy with the service. 5/5. I want one of their t-shirts. RPD is an awesome choice for an initialism.
