I recommend On Time Plumbing. Fair, honest reliable service. Colton came out to fix our faucet in the backyard. Colton arrived in the time given he called to let me know he was coming by. Upon arrival Colton introduced himself he was clean & very professional. Colton explained what was causing the leak gave me couple prices in case he had to cut into the house, which he did. Cleaned up the debris.Replaced the old leaky faucet & replaced with this shiny new one. Great job thanks!

For a company who is called On Time, they dang sure don’t know what that truly means. Yes they showed up within their time block to my house but the dianogosis they were required per my home warranty contract was never sent in until 13 days later and multiple phone calls later. The requirement is 48 hours upon the tech being on property, 13 days later is just a wee bit outside the time frame. Thankfully the warranty company agreed with my solution to fix it myself and are paying me back in full. Too Bad OnTime didn’t value the customer or the sale enough our they could’ve gotten paid. But not now! Terrible customer service relations, definitely search elsewhere for a more qualified and customer orientated company.

Vince and his team were very responsive and I am grateful that they answered after hours. It was very easy to reach them. I especially appreciate Dominique for coming over after hours on a weekday.

John and his helper were very through and professional and did not try to sell us any thing more than we needed.
