Great, professional and timely. Both techs did a fantastic job! Eck is all I will use for my electrical/plumbing/HVAC services. Also scheduling was fast and easy along with a super friendly customer service/ dispatch personnel.

We had some major plumbing issues in our apartment and they came out within 30 mins after they where called and fixed the issue in a timely manner! We had sewage backing up into our apartment and started to flooding our kitchen. I am beyond thankful for your plummer Tony!

What we needed most, today, was FAST quality service. Our hot water heater sprang a leak which was already creating moppable conditions and was bound to get worse. I think Frederick plumbers showed up in less than two hours from the time of our emergency call and got a replacement tank installed within about three hours after that. MUCH appreciated.

After having a terrible experience with a previous contractor, we called JL plumbing to fix and finish the remodel of our bath and shower. Jay was very informative and easy to talk to through the entire process and he did an amazing job on absolutely everything. We highly reccommend JL plumbing and will be calling them again for future projects!

Our initial experience with Jeremy installing our new kitchen faucet was great! Very friendly and professional and he wore a mask! Then the problems began. I set up a second appointment with Missy to have Jeremy come out to fix a leak he had bid on, that we had in our basement. That appointment was cancelled by Missy saying Jeremy’s helper wasn’t available and we rescheduled for another day. The day of our appointment Jeremy called me once again telling me his helpers son was sick so he had to cancel. He told me he would discount the job because of the cancellation. I called the office and Missy rescheduled me for another appt. That day was yesterday and I was completely forgotten and Jeremy never showed. I called the office and talked to Nina telling her I had waited 4 hours for Jeremy and he hadn’t come out. She said she’d have him call and now, 24 hours later I still haven’t heard from him...
