Out of the handful of companies that we called to get a quote for plumbing work needed for our house renovation, Chris’ quote was far the most reasonable! Chris checked in with us throughout the whole process. During the actual work, Ryan and Jake were very professional and efficient. I highly recommend Chris and his team for all your plumbing needs!

I was dissapointed in the labor charges. I was told $90 for the first hour and $22.50 for every 15 minutes after that. I didn't expect that the time started when the technician was on his way to my house, or that it included the 45 minutes it took him to go get parts, or that they round up so 6 minutes gets charged as 15. The technician was actually in my house working about 30 minutes yet I was charged for 1 hour and 45 minutes. This may be standard but it was not what I expected. I'm not sure why the parts weren't in his truck. Disappointed.

He is always on time (ha) professional and really takes the time to show me what the issue is and what caused it so I can avoid having issues in the future. I will always use On Time plumbing because of him.
