Incredible customer service! They were quick and helpful with replacing our water heater and had the problem solved much faster than expected.

I would steer clear of David Lies plumbing. They came to my house to fix my sump pump. It was malfunctioning and raining outside. The plumber that came took the check valve off and then my house flooded. He was informed of the setup with our house and connections to our neighbors house and yet that did not give him pause. As a result, my entire basement flooded. He later lied about the fact that he was informed ahead of time how the system was set up, and lied to his superiors about that as well as lied on the invoice that the check valve was already cracked. It was not. At first they made it sound like they were going to take care of some of the damage but then we were informed we needed to file a claim. We did. We paid our deductible in full, as well as the invoice to them that was more than DOUBLE their original quote. Mr. Lies came out to my house and appeared apologetic and cooperative but in the end did nothing. I was without half of my house for almost a month, and paid over $2,500 for a sump replacement and extensive damage cleanup. Additionally, he said he would provide me with a quote to burry the enormous sump line out to our city drain but that was weeks ago and I haven't heard a word from him. Poor work, no integrity, and poor customer service. 10/10 don't recommend.

They are the best plumbing company out there. They are very fast to respond to emergencies. I am beyond happy with their work and always being on time. They are extremely professional.

I DON'T WANT TO GIVE ANY STAR AS IT WILL INSULT STAR. THIS GUY CAME TO MY HOME TO CHECK IT AND BEFORE THAN HE TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE FOR FREE CHECK AND ESTIMATE. UPON GOING TO MY HOME LOOKING AT NICE AND BETTER HOME THAN HIS, HE CHARGED MY WIFE $50 JUST TO CHECK THE SUMPUMP IS WORKING OR NOT. UPON CONTACTING HIM FOR THE REFUND HE TOLD ME TO PROVIDE SOMETIME TO THINK AND LATER HE CALLED AND LEAVE THE VOICE MAIL TO SEND HIM THE ADDRESS AND HE WILL SEND THE CHECK BACK. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN TWO MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM HIM.

We had a difficult problem with a sewer clog after just installing new plank flooring near the floor drain. Jeremy identified the location of the clog but was unable to reach it with blades to clear it due to some unfortunate routing choices by the original plumber. He suggested clearing the clog with pressurized water, and to protect the flooring he brought out folks from Stover’s Restoration to be prepared to remove extra water from the floor drain. This worked perfectly and it was important to have the drain managed, as quite a lot of water came up before the clog finally cleared. I’m very grateful to Jeremy for his methods that respected our investment. He verified the drain was cleared with camera and showed me the whole length of the drain with the probable reason for the clog. Jeremy went above and beyond for us. We’ve used OTP several times over the last few years and their personnel have always been way above the average for their profession. Highest regard for their work!
