He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. We would definitely use Power Plumbing again, and would recommend them highly.

called for an emergency leak on my water heater, came with property when we purchased 3 years ago and never serviced. Water heater is 15 years old sprang a leak and they responded within an hour and a half to assess and clean up. Had water heater replaced without issue. Adam was our guy, very professional and polite and explained how everything worked as this is our first experience needing a plumber, sad but true.

We can't speak highly enough of Rich and the work he did for us. He replaced our old hot water heater with a propane fuelled one. The end result has been excellent. He was also kind enough to replace a couple of faucets as an additional side project while he was here. From the start Rich was a consummate professional: he returned calls quickly, came out immediately and gave us a reasonable estimate, and then completed the job in a timely fashion. He will be a our go-to for all future projects. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I have used the folks at Pinnacle for several home projects - replacing toilets, faucets, etc. They have been professional and I'd call their rates reasonable and typical. I had one small issue with a shower faucet replaced and they quickly came back and fixed the problem without charge. I will call them again.

My kitchen sink shut off valves failed and got chunks of rubber all up in my faucet, making my kitchen sink totally unusable. Sillari sent plumbers first thing the next morning and they were able to fix the valves and clear the blockage. The two plumbers were very nice and super respectful about wearing a mask in my home.

Greg and his team were very professional and knowledgeable of their work. We had a last minute stove emergency that required more repairs than we expected. Greg talked us through all the necessary steps and made sure we had all the repairs done in a timely manner. Prices were transparent throughout the whole conversation, which was much appreciated. Rich is a consummate professional. He completed an oil-to-gas conversion for us when our oil boiler failed. He thoroughly explained the process to us and was present throughout the process when other contractors needed to be involved. Rich was communicative throughout the process and considerate of our needs. He ensured that we were not without hot water throughout the furnace transition process and worked around our family schedules. We are very pleased with the final set up and are very grateful to Rich and Lori for their guidance, kindness, and conscientiousness throughout the project.
