Best Gas Heating Contractor in Boston MA

These guys were awesome and quick! Had a tub faucet that wouldn't shut off completely. Had to wait overnight for Roto-Rooter and they were a waste of time. Called T-Flow this morning and they were able to find the part and get some guys here to fix it an hour after I called them despite the snow today. Highly recommend.

We called at 8am and our water heater was assessed as needing replacement by 930, as Adam showed up promptly. The new water heater was in before noon and despite the rain, the entire job was done cleanly and smoothly. Will certainly use them again! The pricing was also more than fair.

I contacted Rich in early November to replace a malfunctioning boiler/hot water combination unit. Rich was prompt to return calls, and provided an extremely reasonable estimate within a few days of our first contact. He then completed the installation, and although the install was harder than he initially expected, he stuck to his original estimate. He installed a Burnham cast iron boiler, with an HTP 60 Gallon Superstor and we have been very happy with the results so far, and very impressed with Rich's installation and continued service.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

The team were very responsive to accommodate our schedule and were happy to go above and beyond. IMO finding reliable quality plumbing can be a struggle. I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Called for a leaky sink disposal. I am always very concerned that contractors try to use the opportunity to make phony alarming diagnosis and try to sell overly complicated repairs.

John came to my place quickly, explained the problem was trivial: faulty installation, and fixed it in one minute with a hammer for the price we agreed on over the phone... Boom, boom, and done.

He also gave me advice about other disposal issues that would look like the disposal need repair but could be trivially diagnosed be me. I appreciate the knowledge and the trivia.

At the end of the visit, I felt that the work done was appropriate, not rushed, and I felt I could trust this company again to work for me (as opposed to work for themselves) if I have another plumbing problem.

The plumber is really nice and helpful. I got several issues which my builder is not responsible for. He comes and fixes quickly. Great job! Thanks so much!

Rich is a consummate professional. He completed an oil-to-gas conversion for us when our oil boiler failed. He thoroughly explained the process to us and was present throughout the process when other contractors needed to be involved. Rich was communicative throughout the process and considerate of our needs. He ensured that we were not without hot water throughout the furnace transition process and worked around our family schedules. We are very pleased with the final set up and are very grateful to Rich and Lori for their guidance, kindness, and conscientiousness throughout the project.

In and out so fast. Know what they're doing even on a not so standard install. Cleaned up took away all old parts and packaging. Left like the were never here. If anything goes wrong just call. The best.

Jim was absolutely the best plumber I have ever had. I recently moved to Massachusetts from New Jersey. I could have really used Jim when I lived in NJ. He is so knowledgeable, pleasant, and does not rush. Jim is extremely thorough. Also we had many conversations before actually settling with the proper water heater. My water heater gave out at midnight last night. I was at a loss of who to contact for help. Rich Mathews was the first site to come up in my google search and I am so glad it did. He had great reviews and was local. I called right away and his wife was so nice and very helpful, Rich called back in 5 minutes, we had a Face Time chat so he could see the area. He gave me a very reasonable price over the phone and within 30 minutes he and his wife were in my driveway with a new water heater. What a great guy and great company and great couple. His work is impeccable, they cleaned up after themselves and even gave me a couple of recommendations for some good restaurants.
