Not often in this day and age you can get a reliable professional and knowledgeable heating expert. Frank exceeded my expectations, solved my heating issue for my tenant and did it with determination. I will be saving this contact for future use as well as referring him to my real estate clients. Huge thank you to Tony! The sewer backed up in the toilet and shower. I called Drain Flow and Tony was at my house within an hour. Tony and another plumber quickly got to work, explained and showed me the problem, removed blockage and completely cleaned up. Very nice, professional and reasonably priced. Tony is officially my new plumber.

Rich replaced our hot water heater recently and did some other work for us a couple of years ago. Anytime I've called Rich he's responded very quickly, he shows up on time, and if he says he's going to do something he does it. He always has a great attitude, too. Even when things don't go exactly as planned. I won't hesitate to call Rich for our next water heater.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

It was such a pleasure dealing with Rich and Jack of Pann Home Services of Cambridge Massachusetts. They install a tankless hot water heater in very tight quarters in a utility closet of my home. Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish in our process of replacing an old hot water heater. Rich was responsive to our initial phone call, provided a great itemized quote and was transparent about the entire process, including permitting (which many other plumbers we called were not), installation times, and old hot water heater removal.

As soon as we finalized the quote Rich got started that same evening in the permitting process and was able to install the water heater the next day early on a Friday morning. During the installation Rich clearly pointed out the process that he would take to remove the old water heater and how he'd install the new one. He even corrected an issue with water heater placement that will now allow our other neighbors in our condo unit to more easily service their units in the future. Within a few hours our new hot water heater was humming right along and we had improved hot water temperatures right away.
