If there was a rating for 10 stars, White's surely deserves it. My interaction with Tom started in March 2019, when we lost our heating system. We called several plumbers and most did not call back. Tom did call back and unfortunately, he was extremely busy and could not come out, but he did refer us to someone that could, and did come out and do a temporary repair to get us through the cold weather and the process to figure out financing. In the meantime, we got some extremely high estimates from some companies that are well known and highly advertised. Sad to say, I think these companies are able to take advantage of the situation that people are in. I got a good reference from my boss about White's and that matters since anyone can write a review and everyone has different opinions about quality of work. I have very high expectations in all areas of performance. We called White's for a brand new high efficiency heating system including a new hot water. Tom was timely, took time to answer all of our questions and he was very easy going and patient. He provided us with a detailed estimate on the spot. He explained to us the most cost effective way to replace our system and when we asked questions to compare his estimates to others, he explained the differences and said he could do it like the others and charge us more money if we wanted. That goes to show that he cares about his customers and not the money he can make. This is a family owned business that has been around for many years. After I got the finances pulled together, I called and setup the installation. Even though the estimate had expired and prices had gone up, he honored the original estimate. The date was set and Tom, his brother and father came, removed the old system, and installed the new one. Their work area was kept neat and clean at all times. All interactions with everyone from the time of setting up the estimate to completion of the project were timely and respectful. I would highly recommend their services.

McMahon sent a plumber to address my issue on the same day I called. They kept me informed of his schedule and when to expect him. Elvis explained the situation to me and gave me alternatives to choose from with pros/cons of each. The repair was done quickly and he made sure I was happy with the results. Rich Mathews is really a good HVAC and plumbing expert, very genuine and honest with estimation, work and well organized. We got flooded and the hot water stopped functioning, called so many places, Rich was out on another job, promptly returned my calls, texts and emails. He also has a great relationship with the local town inspectors that is able to coordinate very efficiently on permits and inspection times. He came over on Saturday and got the water heater replaced by Monday, again kept us in the loop with the process. Fixed few things which the builder had forgotten about it during initial construction. He has kept in contact after the job was done to make sure we were runing and if other items related to water damage were getting addressed, highly recommend him, glad that I found my plumber for all future work (Thanks Rich !)

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Lost heat to our home, called McGrath Plumbing and a person actually answered as opposed to an answering machine for most other companies. They responded quickly on a snowy stormy night, diagnosed and repaired the problem in quick order and had our heat back on in no time. The charge was most reasonable, more so for it being a weekend and a snow storm. It is nice to know there are still old school local companies which do great work for a fair price. Will use McGrath Plumbing in the future for our plumbing heating needs and definitely recommend them to others.
