They came on time, were professional, friendly and respectful and did an amazing job removing my (gross) disposal and putting in a really nice new one. It is working great. Wonderful experience so I wanted to share.

John came and repaired some duct work so that the heat flow increased into the room I needed it too.

I called Frank on Sunday nite because our HVAC was blowing hot air. He came on short notice Monday morning and took care of everything quickly, and also offered me DIY recommendations so I can fix minor issues myself in the future. Frank is super professional and super friendly, I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone who needs AC, heat, or plumbing work. You will not be disappointed. Great guy and great, quick work.

Had previously used to install a water heater. Called due to a water heater leak. Went at the property with tenet present would not replace water heater without a check for repair at completion. Would not accept a check to be mailed. Never again. Terrible service. Also had called months before for a different water heater and told could not get to it for days. Just not reliable.

We did a large renovation in my home, and Drew and his team renovated a bathroom as well as installed a kitchen sink, with water line for the fridge and the garbage disposal. They needed to work around other trades, and were responsive, flexible, and did great work. I recommended them to a friend who needed a faucet replaced, and they showed up the next day and took care of that project. Reasonable pricing, prompt service and great high quality work. I could not give them a higher recommendation. Use this plumbing company for all of your needs

I called Matt at T-Flow for my parents who live in Back Bay. They were not getting any water in their kitchen faucet. While this is not really an emergency, it's a huge inconvenience and they have guests quite often so they needed it fixed pretty quickly. I went to Yelp and called 4 plumbers based on the good reviews. I really just went down the list by order of how the businesses appeared on Yelp and location and feedback. Matt was the only one who answered his phone and after explaining the problem he asked for a photo of the faucet, and told me that if he had time to go today, he would. His crew picked up a faucet at Home Depot and came same day to fix the faucet. This was really beyond my expectation and my parents were very pleased!

Paul was very polite and professional. I am very happy with my new water heater. Very clean and professional plumber that I would like to recommend to anyone.

Power Plumbing did an awesome job! Replace garbage disposal and fix the leak. Very happy, next day service and cleaned up after.

My water pipe burst at 1:00 am this morning. My landlord called this place and Trevor came at 2:00 am. He was extremely courteous and professional. He investigated and turned the water off and said he would return at 9:00 am to finish the repair. He left around 2:30 am. He came back right on time and located the leak with a carpenter. Bought supplies and worked to replace the pipe until 1:00 pm. I don’t think this guy slept or even ate lunch. Seemed calm, confident, and easy going and generally had a good spirit. Really appreciate your hard work. Thanks again!

Called 781 Plumbing and heating on late Sunday night. Very responsive and quick. As new homeowners, 781 plumbing was very helpful with our boiler issue, providing us with some knowledge and peace of mind.

I was impressed with Frank from start to finish. I am a realtor and have rental properties and he is the first one to be that responsive and pick up the phone. His work was great. He was on time and even fit us in because I called last minute about a heating problem. He is also very reasonable with his pricing. I do highly recommend him and will continue using his company.
