I have nothing but high praise for Tim B. And Pann's work in helping us install leak sensors on our water heaters. Two other recommended companies we contacted had no experience doing this kind of work. Tim did the task from bid to completion in three business days. Pann was very easy to work with in terms of scheduling the initial appointment, arranging to have the work done by a contractor with experience in the work we needed, and confirming the arrangements.

Hourican Plumbing is fantastic-professional, open and honest and responsive. I called because a leaky faucet flooded my kitchen. Pauric diagnosed issue and came back the next day to fix the problem. Highly recommend!

A woman at this place so assist me without with the tankless water heater very very system I do recommend this company though for any of water heating needs they get learned about a rebate for a different different things and be able to tell me about the date on the bottom for my water heater

Barrell Plumbing is the worst service provider I have ever encountered. The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. She slammed the phone while I was trying to explain to her that I never received any confirmation of appointment, so they should not charge me as there was never an agreement of order. I got not only excellent services from another provider, but also email confirmation and introduction of the team that would be working on my order. I received further email follow up from that provider to ensure I was satisfied with their service. It's like day and night compared to what I got from Barrell: rude receptionists (a woman and a man), no confirmation of appointment, $165 bill for dispatch fee and labor charge while they did not perform any services. I don't know how they can live with themselves charging people for nothing.

AlphaOmega Plumbing did a great job. They had a very nice and friendly staff that fixed our furnace and our AC unit for us! They worked fast and gave a good deal. Definitely better than my past experiences. Now I have someone I can trust!

Updated Review:I wrote my review listed below out of frustration because I had reached out to several plumbing companies, I either didn't get a response or a response that they wouldn't come out to my unit. I took Akian Plumbing's rejection personally which is my fault. Tara, the customer service manager took the time to personally call me to get an understanding of what happened and I got an understanding from their perspective why they don't service certain areas. Anyways, really appreciate this conversation and commend them for being excellent/caring with customer service.Original Review:I called them to schedule an estimate to my unit. No one called me back. I used their website today to schedule an estimate and got a text back that they don't serve my area. Although on their website they say they serve Boston, but not Mattapan even though Mattpan is a part of Boston. Not sure why this is. Overall a disappointing and frustrating experience.

Thank you so much for Brian & Mike. They came right away the day after I called for the service. It was early in the morning, but they were kind and professional. We have multiple issues with AC, heater and boiler in our new home and I do not know what’s the reason and how to solve it. Brian helped me find the cause of the issue and explained the details and repairing plans. Mike searched the problematic spots and record them thoroughly. I appreciate their help and I will definitely call Sila again if I get another issue in my home.

I hired Tom and his team to install a half bathroom in my basement, add some heating and move my laundry to it’s own separate room. Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
