On a referral, I reached out Hourican Plumbing & Heating and needed my garbage disposal replaced. The timeliness was precise and worked great considering my busy work schedule. They worked swiftly and completed the job with perfection. very cleanly, safe, and would recommend to family and friends.

These guys did an amazing job replacing my hot water heater. Steve was prompt in answering all my questions. Was knowledgeable and practical when coming to solutions. The pricing was fair, they were on time, communicated well, and did a quality job. I would highly recommend.

Barrell Plumbing is the worst service provider I have ever encountered. The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. She slammed the phone while I was trying to explain to her that I never received any confirmation of appointment, so they should not charge me as there was never an agreement of order. I got not only excellent services from another provider, but also email confirmation and introduction of the team that would be working on my order. I received further email follow up from that provider to ensure I was satisfied with their service. It's like day and night compared to what I got from Barrell: rude receptionists (a woman and a man), no confirmation of appointment, $165 bill for dispatch fee and labor charge while they did not perform any services. I don't know how they can live with themselves charging people for nothing.

We have been using LB for our plumbing repair and installation for several years, and I can highly recommend both him and his company. The jobs he has done for us range from minor (garbage disposal repair) to major (replacement of the main drainpipe in our house). The work has been excellent, and he has been timely and thorough. As a bonus, LB's communication about scheduling is very good - he shows up when he says he will, which is important when you have a plumbing problem!

My heating system broke during the cold winter months. My uncle referred me to Silas. I called Silas he came in right away and was able to replace the parts needed. During this summer my AC stopped working I called Silas again. ( of course :)) he answered right away and stopped by the same day and fixed the unit by that evening with new parts. Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
