Best Sewer Drain Cleaning in Boston MA

i've used this company several times over the years for clogs - the main line to the house, the washer, the tenant's (who dumped grease & bolts down the drain) sink. they have always been reasonably priced and did a great job on the clogs. i was in the process of recommending them to a friend so i decided to write a review.

Caleb Whelden and company from CTW plumbing were employed to service and maintain the heating and air conditioning units at a residence of mine for over a years' time. They consistently had difficulty arranging to complete jobs in a reasonable time frame, and often made mistakes, some relatively minor and merely forgetful (such as forgetting to replace caps on refrigerant lines), other mistakes much for irresponsible and dangerous. Caleb Whelden easily became defensive. He was not conscientious about taking responsibility for the problems and inconveniences caused by his actions. An incredible amount of time and money could have been saved if another maintenance team was hired earlier on.

John came and repaired some duct work so that the heat flow increased into the room I needed it too.

these guys are legit. super responsive, timely, knowledgeable, professional, and do the job right - they don’t cut corners!! they’re friendly, efficient and thorough - doesn't get better than that!

From helping rebuild a shower pan to recaulking a tub to replacing a length of blocked sewer line under a concrete basement floor, T-Flow's team has been timely, efficient, effective, and unfailingly nice people to have working on the problems.
