I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

Tony and his crew are true professionals. We've now had them come out to replace/fix our garbage disposal twice, most recently to remove one that was leaking all over our kitchen, the day before Thanksgiving. Not only was the Drain Flow team responsive (phone, text, email) they were incredibly prompt and kept me informed when there were updates in their service schedule. Additionally they provided instructions on maintenance and troubleshooting should issues arise in the future. THESE GUYS are our new family plumbers.

Called after hours and Nick told me to schedule an appointment on website which I did for the following week. Justin called ahead to confirm appointment and arrived at the scheduled time. We discussed the work that needed to be done. Justin provided me with a quote and work was promptly completed. Perfect.

I reached out to Narrow Way to help with the plumbing of a kitchen remodel. I spoke to Mary who was very cheerful and promptly helped me set up an appointment. They sent me Mario to take a look at the work and he was very helpful in his recommendations. He never followed up with the actual pricing, even though he called me to tell me he would.
Fast forward a few days, I call and speak to Mary again who prompts Mario to call me with pricing. We spoke and committed to a date and time of when they’d complete what was needed.
This is where it goes downhill. When it came time to actually get the work done, they sent Steve who showed up an hour late (without reaching out to let me know that). When he showed up to do the work, he was inside looking at things etc. He me that he needed to leave to go get a part. When he came back, he informed me that his supervisor advised him to stop the work because there were unexpected things (based on pictures he sent in) and that the quote they gave me wasn’t enough to cover the work and they needed to bill me by hour instead. So 2 hours in, nothing was accomplished. They insisted that another supervisor needed to come out and assess the situation which happened on a Friday afternoon. After this supervisor’s visit, I was told that I’d have an appointment for the following day, Saturday at 7:30 AM. I get a call from Jose at 8 AM to let me know that he won’t be able to come until 10 AM because he’s dispatched to an emergency. 2 hours later and he still no showed.
Backdrop to all this is that I had to arrange for other parties to be there (contractor to install cabinets after plumbing is done) along with an electrician to hook up the dishwasher. Due to their flakiness and lack of commitment to their word, I had to pay everyone for 2 days worth of work for nothing being completed. Even though they present a good front when comes to talking, they lack the professionalism and substance to be reliable to actually get the work done - which is what matters in the service world.

Our heating system started blowing cold air so we called our usual plumber (who also does heating), but never received a return call after 24 hours. During that time period we also called someone else who was very highly rated and also never received a returned call. I then called Aquaflow who had some great reviews as well and Vincent called me back in about 45 minutes. He told me he could come out the next morning which was great and he even showed up exactly when he estimated that he would! He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and told me every thing he was checking out to diagnose the problem. Within a couple of hours the part that failed was replaced and I had heat again. I very much appreciate his quick response and the quality of work provided, especially during some 30 degree days in March. It's not fun to wake up to your house being 49 degrees, but thanks to Vincent we will be waking up much warmer tomorrow morning!

My kitchen sink shut off valves failed and got chunks of rubber all up in my faucet, making my kitchen sink totally unusable. Sillari sent plumbers first thing the next morning and they were able to fix the valves and clear the blockage. The two plumbers were very nice and super respectful about wearing a mask in my home.

Greg and the guys at Vaughan Plumbing always do an awesome job. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and get the job done in a timely manner, with zero issues, every time. It’s great to have a plumber you can count on!

Jim was absolutely the best plumber I have ever had. I recently moved to Massachusetts from New Jersey. I could have really used Jim when I lived in NJ. He is so knowledgeable, pleasant, and does not rush. Jim is extremely thorough. Also we had many conversations before actually settling with the proper water heater. Noone can go wrong with Jim's Plumbing.

First I called a competitor and they told me they could not get anyone out on a Sunday. I called rotto rooter on Sunday morning and they were here before noon time. I was stressed out about the situation and Charles repeatedly told me not to worry. They knew exactly what to do, what tools to use, they were clean and professional. If they did make a mess they were sure to tell me they'd clean it up before they left. They successfully unclogged our drain, helped us understand what products to use to maintain the pipes and they cleaned the sink, under the sink and their work area throughly before leaving.I thought that Charles was thoughtful, careful in our home, clean and professional. I did not expect this level of service or customer experience from a such a large company and I was impressed. From my first phone call with their booking department to the actual service, they earned a A+!

Simon is a very respectful, hard working man of integrity. He was to replace a neutralizing whole house water filter .
He ordered the filter and had it delivered to my home. Everything arrived as ordered and on time. He showed up at my house on time and began his work.This unit he was replacing has been in my home for 22 years. The pipes were rusty which he replaced and the pipes had to all be rerouted. He drained the system and put the new unit in . removed all the pipes and shut off valves and replaced them. He cleaned up before leaving and put the items that he moved back where they were. I am so relieved that it's done. More then that I'm glad I hired Simon because he is a perfectionist. He won't leave a job until it's done right. I'm very pleased with the results.
