T-Flow was incredible! After several days of my husband trying to unclog our drain T-Flow came out and unclogged it in record time. We were impressed with the professionalism, honesty & efficiency at which they conducted themselves. We would use them for future plumbing needs as well as highly recommend them to others.

Power Plumbing did an awesome job! Replace garbage disposal and fix the leak. Very happy, next day service and cleaned up after.

I contacted Rich in early November to replace a malfunctioning boiler/hot water combination unit. Rich was prompt to return calls, and provided an extremely reasonable estimate within a few days of our first contact. He then completed the installation, and although the install was harder than he initially expected, he stuck to his original estimate. He installed a Burnham cast iron boiler, with an HTP 60 Gallon Superstor and we have been very happy with the results so far, and very impressed with Rich's installation and continued service.

Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish in our process of replacing an old hot water heater. Rich was responsive to our initial phone call, provided a great itemized quote and was transparent about the entire process, including permitting (which many other plumbers we called were not), installation times, and old hot water heater removal.

As soon as we finalized the quote Rich got started that same evening in the permitting process and was able to install the water heater the next day early on a Friday morning. During the installation Rich clearly pointed out the process that he would take to remove the old water heater and how he'd install the new one. He even corrected an issue with water heater placement that will now allow our other neighbors in our condo unit to more easily service their units in the future. Within a few hours our new hot water heater was humming right along and we had improved hot water temperatures right away.

I will be using Rich for any future hot water heater or boiler needs in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for these services!

We have been using Bell Tower Plumbing & Heating for years for all of our plumbing needs. We formerly owned a multi-unit apartment building and used Bill on a regular basis for many, many, tenant plumbing issues over the years. We also use Bill at our own home. He is very professional, on-time, quick to respond, reasonably priced, dependable and honest. Bill never tries to up-sell a job and I have always been pleased with his work. I would recommend using his services to anyone and have many times to family members and friends. He is outstanding and you won't be disappointed.

John is just a good honest guy. He gave me advice on how to save money on a job even though it was taking money out of his pocket. A lot of contractors will try to take advantage of people, but John just wanted to help. I will definitely be calling him for my next project.

They answered my phone around two hours later, found the issue, and finished the repair within an hour. Those with more limited budgets shouldn't bother with them. However, if you're looking for top-notch service with affordable prices and a quick turnaround, I don't think you can go wrong.

Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
