Hot water heater broke Friday night of a three day weekend. Called Anthony Saturday morning at 7:30. New heater installed by 10:30. Hot shower by 11:00. Fast. Good. Professional. Left the place cleaner than he found it. I asked about expansion tanks and he explained why I didn't need one instead of just installing one and charging for stuff I don't need. At first I was worried moving so fast I didn't have time to price compare. Looked around after the fact and their prices are very competitive with other plumbers who wouldn't even come out until Tuesday. Can't say enough good things. I'll definitely go to Anthony for any plumbing needs. Saw all the good reviews and figured it was all fake profiles someone made to promote the business. After dealing with them i am now 100% sure the reviews are all true. Call Anthony. You won't regret it.

On a recent Google search for water heaters I found Boston Water Heaters and requested service. It was nice to see an owner actually answer the phone and speak to me directly. Not only was the service prompt but professional. Rich did an amazing job with our new water heater installation. It far exceeded our expectations. It is the most efficient water heater we've ever had. It is nice to see the personal approach taken by Rich and that family businesses still exist and you don't have to deal with a large company. I would highly recommend Boston Water Heaters to anyone in need of service. You will not be disappointed.

Called this company for an after-hours plumbing emergency at my house. Paid a lot of money for a visit from the technician on call. He was friendly and professional, but he left without doing anything except turning the main supply off, and the company wanted to send someone *11 days later* just to give me an estimate on a fix (???)

I ended up calling another plumber who came on 36 hours notice and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours.

Really quick and timely, for a good price point! I had a faulty heating system which would only work half of the time. Sila swooped in, did their thing and saved me and my family from having a miserable winter indoors. Would highly recommend these guys, very professional, timely and affordable!

We had some shaky pipes that needed to be secured and Tom and Joe were amazing. Very professional and their work is solid. When we initially called Velocity plumbing about the issue -they asked us to send a video to see if it needed fixing even without a in person eval, which I thought was an honest assessment. We have used them twice so far and will stick with these guys for any plumbing issues.

To assist us, the plumber went above and beyond. The level of care that our plumber took to deliver the greatest service in a high-stress circumstance was unmatched, and I won't ever hire another service again. Choose them for all of your plumbing requirements!

Highly Recommend Boston Water Heaters. My CO alarms went off this morning out of the blue and national grid had to turn off my gas. I called 15-20 heating, plumbing, and hvac companies, and BWH was the only one who offered me the same day support I needed. Despite having numerous other jobs that day, Rich was able to squeeze me into his schedule, take a look at my boiler and heating system, and give me assurance and direction on what to do next. Very simple website to make appt., follow up with calls for arrival, the two technicians that arrived were friendly, professional, answered all my plumbing questions and called to come early! It was pricey, but service was excellent.

The procedure moved quite quickly from the time I made the contact to Erick's arrival. My problem was easily fixed as a result of the professional help I got. Recommend them for use in the future.

Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
