Matt was great! He correctly diagnosed the problem with my tub and helped me to get the parts to fix it. Three other plumbers had elaborate recommendations. Matt saved me thousands of $$.

I had a second need for help. I emailed Matt on Sunday afternoon. He responded within the hour and had someone here before 9am the following day.

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

Home ownership is so much less trouble when you have contractors you can count on. Tony helped us out months ago when our system backed up, and now the drains do truly flow, and better than ever. At that time I was thinking that Tony would be the kind of guy who would be great for managing a new installation because of his attention to detail and willingness (and extensive knowledge) to work with cantankerous old houses such as mine (1931). So I was not disappointed when Tony and his able assistant finagled a new sink into a new counter that we had installed over old cabinets. I was fascinated with the whole process, especially given that the metal cabinets intruded into the sink space. They made it work, they made it secure, and they didn't bend anything. I'm planning the next project already (replacing separate hot and cold taps on a wonderful old sink with a single mixing tap on one side and soap dispenser on the other).

Rich was great! Installed out water heater and steam boiler in a timeline that we didn't even think possible. Would recommend to anyone that wants a fair price and friendly service.

Plumbers did a thorough job and showed me their work after completing each task for my approval. They wore masks at my request and always wear paper booties over their shoes to keep my house clean.

David did a great job troubleshooting a steam boiler issue I had. I would recommend his work and Sila's in general.

Caesar was timely, polite, and professional during his visit. He was able to replace the broken aspect of the furnace for a very reasonable cost. Would use again.

JC Plumbing is amazing! I had a new stove delivered by Home Depot and the delivery driver refused to install it because my gas line needed re-piping. They left the new stove (and the old stove) in my kitchen 2 days before Thanksgiving and basically said Good Luck with that. I saw the JC Plumbing van working across the street and went over to ask the guys if they’d be willing to take a look when they were finished at the neighbor’s house. The 2 guys came by an hour later, gave me a quick estimate, and showed up the next morning at 7:30 to do the job. They were on time, super friendly, explained every step of the install to me, and even took my old stove out to the curb for me. Their work was great and I am more than happy that they helped solve my stove problem the day before Thanksgiving. I would not hesitate to call JC Plumbing and Heating for any other work I need in the future. Their work and their customer service is awesome.

Mike Farley did a FANTASTIC job quickly figuring out the problem with a clogged basement pipe. Mike was a true gentleman, very courteous and most certainly a professional. I truly appreciate that he gave worse case scenarios and then periodic updates as he remedied the problem.As a first time customer, I'm totally pleased at the quality of service and how I was treated as a customer. Great Customer Service is what makes customers return in the future, and because of Mike, I certainly will be a returning customer. Thank you!

Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
