Great service my water heater had decided to die on me and flood my basement and of course it was on a holiday weekend i tried to get 3 other Co.'s to come out and help me with my poorly timed dilemma yiannis was the only one who was willing to come right over to help he had it replaced in no time and i even had him back after the holidays to service my hvac system.

I called frank on the coldest night of the year. With in two hours had a man to my front door. Fixed the problem was really cheap too. highly recommend.

I can't thank T-Flow enough for quickly and professionally installing a new water heater after ours burst and leaked all over our basement. We contacted T-Flow who quickly worked with us to identify the type of unit, dimensions and installation area and had the new unit installed within 1 business day. One of the employees in this company's van collided into my parked car while attempting a parallel park and sped away. They left a large tear in damage. Fortunately, a witness left a note who saw the whole event.

NOT GOOD, NOT PROFESSIONAL AND NOT SERIOUS COMPANY!
I called the company and scheduled a first visit with $99 charge to have my ac unit looked at. On the day of the appointment, Chris came and wanted to be paid $129 (before even start to work) and he was saying that his name was different from McMahon... I did not understand this part... Anyways, I was there with him for the all time, I explained the problem more than once and the technician kept saying he could not help us because he did not know about the model of the ac unit and showing a lack in efforts to really try to help me to solve this problem...
After all of this, we asked to Chris to give us a quote of either repairing the existing ac unit or changing it completely, it has been almost one week and no one from the office called me back and followed up to inform me about the quote and how to have my problem solved! Please notice that I have still my ac unit broken and it is an emergency situation!!! After this Chris wanted to get $71 just because he was super slow and it took a life for him to understand what was wrong after I told him and explained twice what was wrong!!!
He seemed really confused, very slow-pace, not expert and not willing to work and have my problem solved.
I am really disappointed about this company! Stay away!

We were having an issue with a leaky faucet. they were able to come the same day we called. Stan was extremely nice! And was quick to fix the issue. We would highly recommend!
