Best Pipe in Boston MA

i've used this company several times over the years for clogs - the main line to the house, the washer, the tenant's (who dumped grease & bolts down the drain) sink. they have always been reasonably priced and did a great job on the clogs. i was in the process of recommending them to a friend so i decided to write a review.

I manage hundreds of properties across Greater Boston. CTW by far is the best vendor that I use, the owner is extremely knowledeable and most importantly trust worthy. Becky who runs the day to day is super pleasant and great to work with. We use them for hundreds of repairs calls a year, in addition as a general contractor they do plumbing for all our construction jobs. Definitely reach out and contact them if you are in need of a great plumbing company

John came and repaired some duct work so that the heat flow increased into the room I needed it too.

I used Donarumo for a big plumbing project in my hair salon and they helped turn what I was sure would be the most stressful and complicated part of opening a salon into the quickest and easiest part of the process. I figured it would take WEEKS - they got it done in three days. They showed up when they said they would, answered my calls and my questions, and went above and beyond in every possible way. I cannot recommend them enough.

TFlow has provided excellent service for my building with periodic complicated plumbing problems. Their response was quick and the work was professionally done for a competitive price. The workers were courteous, reliable, and excellent at diagnosing and fixing problems.

I called White’s recently to replace a leaking 3 foot section of cast iron sewer line.

After calling 6 other local plumbers, White’s was the only one able to stop by the day the leak started, temporarily repair it, and come back the next day to complete the job. They were decent, courteous, neat, and fast.

However, they charged $2400 in labor for a repair that took 4 hours and about $50 in parts. I expected to pay more for an emergency repair, but not to be taken.

If you are willing to pay a premium, White’s will do an excellent job. However, if you can, I’d recommend shopping around.

Recently we had flooding in the basement without any idea of the source - turns out it was a boiler in the building next stoor which has burst and somehow (gotta love Beacon Hill!) the water seeped through one basement floor and up into another. The only reason we knew that is because BHP had been considerate enough to contact us when they heard - thru the grapevine - about our mystery issue. This saved us an incredible amount of worrying and $$$.

I always ask up front for an estimate and take into account any minimal charge - a few of us in the building have on occassion coupled our plumbing requests to make it worth their while. When we were considering piping gas so that the electric stove could be replaced with gas, they stopped by, took a look, provided all the answers, no charge.

Very thorough, efficient, and considerate.

I needed an emergency plumber and Frank made an effort to come out last notice on the weekend. Supply house was closed for the parts he needed. Made plans to come back Monday. Frank showed up and finished the job. Honest and straight forward. I would use Frank again and refer him to friends and family.
