Best Main Water Line Replacement in Boston MA

I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

They did a fine job. They replaced the things that needed replacing, and tried to explain to me what they were. I would use them again if I needed help.

Hands down the BEST plumbers - Anthony and Ralph! This is the second time I have used them, first was for a water heater which completely broke and just recently was for a burst water pipe due to the cold weather. Their response time is excellent, both times I contacted them they responded the day of and my problem was fixed within an hour! Great quality work, affordable and absolutely wonderful people! I have just retired and in the process of updating some major appliances. I called True Blue for a quote on a new heating system. They were excellent in aspects such as appointments and returning messages, and they call ahead of the appointment and let us know they’re coming. The new system looks great and we just got a gas bill and it was almost half of what we were paying. I expected the new system to run better than the old one what I didn't expect was the attentiveness after it was put in. After the appointment, Steve called us to see how everything was running. They took the time to answer my questions. They never batted an eyelash and they did everything they said they were going to do from the beginning to end. I was very satisfied. More companies should do business like that.

Narrow Way knows heating systems. I have a heating system with a pump running all the time. I called the company who installed the system several years back. The technician couldn't pinpoint the problem, but he suggested me to replace the control board for $1300! and say let's start with that. I am so glad I called Narrow Way. Mario came out and figured out the issue right away, now the problem has been fixed and I am so happy. From now on whenever I get boiler issues, I will always call Narrow Way first.

This is my goto service for several years now. So far, they’ve installed a new water heater, installed a bathroom sink (the one with a ceramic foot that’s tougher to put in), repaired radiators, and pipes. Tight crew, both experts and cool folk. Highly recommend!

Two other plumbers had no idea what was causing my heating system to fail. After wasting money on service calls, GPH had it figured out within an hour of inspection and fixed within a day. These guys are experienced and reasonably priced. My go-to from this point forward.
