Call service because my basement was flooding. T-Flow said it was my water heater and I would have to call back to get an replacement. My son later came down the flooding was do to my sump-pump was broken and the water heater pilot light need to be replace. Very disappointed!!!!

Tony is great. Whenever I have texted him, he is quick to respond and get me into his busy schedule. He will clearly explain what the problem is along with the solutions and also teach me how to avoid problems in the future. If there was a rating for 10 stars, White's surely deserves it. My interaction with Tom started in March 2019, when we lost our heating system. We called several plumbers and most did not call back. Tom did call back and unfortunately, he was extremely busy and could not come out, but he did refer us to someone that could, and did come out and do a temporary repair to get us through the cold weather and the process to figure out financing. In the meantime, we got some extremely high estimates from some companies that are well known and highly advertised. Sad to say, I think these companies are able to take advantage of the situation that people are in. I got a good reference from my boss about White's and that matters since anyone can write a review and everyone has different opinions about quality of work. I have very high expectations in all areas of performance. We called White's for a brand new high efficiency heating system including a new hot water. Tom was timely, took time to answer all of our questions and he was very easy going and patient. He provided us with a detailed estimate on the spot. He explained to us the most cost effective way to replace our system and when we asked questions to compare his estimates to others, he explained the differences and said he could do it like the others and charge us more money if we wanted. That goes to show that he cares about his customers and not the money he can make. This is a family owned business that has been around for many years. After I got the finances pulled together, I called and setup the installation. Even though the estimate had expired and prices had gone up, he honored the original estimate. The date was set and Tom, his brother and father came, removed the old system, and installed the new one. Their work area was kept neat and clean at all times. All interactions with everyone from the time of setting up the estimate to completion of the project were timely and respectful. I would highly recommend their services.

It seems like anytime my tenants have a major problem, boiler, water heater etc its on a weekend. One of my tenants called me and said they had no hot water. I went there and knew the water heater needed replacing. I called several plumbers. It was Saturday the 28th of January and cold. The only response I got an assurance from was Drew and Matt. They replaced the water heater quickly. I told that tenant for any future plumbing issues to call Drew or Matt. 5 stars guys. Thanks

Called Pann for help diagnosing and repairing a ceiling leak in late summer 2021.

First response was prompt, and leak was diagnosed the next day. It however took 2 weeks for the leak to then be repaired. This was understandable given the importance of having the right tradesman available to solve the issue.

Since the original work in September 2021, the primary issue has been pace of scheduling. It can be difficult to schedule follow up visits to get the work fully completed. Initial calls to the office did not always result in follow ups. They have worked hard to fit me in on short notice, but the lack of predictability is challenging.

Once in touch with my actual technician, the work has gotten done well.

I recommend having either a long timeline or high flexibility in your availability if trying to fix a similar issue.
