He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. We would definitely use Power Plumbing again, and would recommend them highly.

After a few bad experiences, I stopped using them. They take forever and are always trying to charge for unnecessary work. I'm ok with being ripped off a little bit - all workmen do that - but these guys take it to another level.

My kitchen sink shut off valves failed and got chunks of rubber all up in my faucet, making my kitchen sink totally unusable. Sillari sent plumbers first thing the next morning and they were able to fix the valves and clear the blockage. The two plumbers were very nice and super respectful about wearing a mask in my home.

We have been using Bell Tower Plumbing & Heating for years for all of our plumbing needs. We formerly owned a multi-unit apartment building and used Bill on a regular basis for many, many, tenant plumbing issues over the years. We also use Bill at our own home. He is very professional, on-time, quick to respond, reasonably priced, dependable and honest. Bill never tries to up-sell a job and I have always been pleased with his work. I had to get my hot water tank replaced. Manny and his son came first thing in the morning like they said they would. Very professional and friendly, and did a great job. They took time to explain things I should know about the tank and shut off valves, and cleaned up after themselves. Price is very reasonable compared to the other places I called.

Jim has helped us twice in the past month - first with the installation of a gas dryer then with the installation of two water tanks and a heating system repair.
