Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

McMahon went above and beyond in responding immediately (same day!) to my request to replace a broken water heater in my 88 year old mother's home. Adam - the technician - was unbelievably professional and thorough in doing the work. He had a very competent, can-do attitude and was careful and clean. The workmanship looked impeccable to my eyes. I would definitely recommend McMahon very highly.

I can’t say enough great things about Frank. He does excellent work for excellent prices. I am a homeowner and landlord, I could not do what I do without his help. He always answers the phone and solves my problem ASAP. He has helped me out so much over the years I run even non plumbing issues by him for his guidance and he helps me there too. What a wonderful day I had meeting Mike K. from Pann Home Services. My request was to have a carpenter arrive this morning and was scheduled for 9:00AM. I was contacted by Mike at 8:30AM stating he was on his way. Mike arrived on time, greeted me with a warm smile and a hand shake thanking me for scheduling a service call. Once Mike entered my condo he put on his booties and listened to my issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered suggestions on how to approach each issue. I truly enjoyed meeting Mike K., you can tell he really enjoys his profession; he speaks very highly about the Pann Company, and meeting him today, has convinced me that I found the perfect full service company to meet all my needs.

Mike K., did a wonderful job coordinating a BIG project today requiring removal of kitchen appliances and re-install new appliances. He also coordinated a plumber to install the dishwasher at the same time, as well as doing carpentry work. This project took the entire day with a crew of four from PANN. All employees were very helpful, pleasant and very professional.

This project was very difficult because I had prior work done that entailed new kitchen counter tops and flooring from Home Depot. The job was so poorly done by Home Depot, that PANN had to take extra time to resolve all issues and obstacles they encountered with reinstalling new appliances.

Mike K, went above and beyond to make sure things were running smoothly, and at the end of the day, everything was perfect, a job well planned and executed, outstanding clean-up and I was able to close the door behind me with a feeling of accomplishment. And I owe it all to Mike K., for making it happen. This man is more then just an employee; he knows the value behind Customer Service.

After the house was boarded up, they arrived very quickly after to extract the standing water and set up their drying equipment. They were very patient, helpful and professional. I highly recommend WMF to everyone.

Highly recommend Bill … did a great job installing our new hot water heater and has been helpful with a handful of issues that popped up over the years.

Shouldn't look forward to having to call the plumber but the whole team is so pleasant and professional we do. Had them come out to Arlington twice in the past 2 months to do separate steam heat repairs on our newly purchased home and they were extremely responsive, helpful, reasonable and efficient. Couldn't give a higher review.

Jim responded promptly to my request for new service as a new customer, set a time to confirm his availability after completing his current job, contacted me as stated and showed up as agreed. All important for any small business. He estimated the job--re-piping a gas connection in our kitchen wall to fit a new range--and completed the job promptly and as estimated. He's personable, knowledgeable and thoughtful.

Furthermore, he performed the job in September 2020 during the pandemic. He was neat and careful, observing protocol--wearing a mask, booties and generally being thoughtful about concerns we might have about bringing him to our home. We're landlords and we definitely intend to use his services again at home and for our tenants

Jerry from J&B replaced my old water tank that had started to leak. He did an outstanding job, and when complications arose in trying to set up the electrical connection between the old boiler and the new hot water tank, he brought in a great electrician who took care of that issue. Jerry is highly professional, very personable and does exceptionally neat work. I was very impressed by that and completely happy with the quality of the job. Oh by the way the whole job came in at a lot less than a quote I got from another plumber in the area. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Great customer service. On time. No ridiculous 2 hour window. Ignacio was friendly, professional, and took time to explain what was going on with the drain. Highly recommend.
