Caleb Whelden and company from CTW plumbing were employed to service and maintain the heating and air conditioning units at a residence of mine for over a years' time. They consistently had difficulty arranging to complete jobs in a reasonable time frame, and often made mistakes, some relatively minor and merely forgetful (such as forgetting to replace caps on refrigerant lines), other mistakes much for irresponsible and dangerous. Caleb Whelden easily became defensive. He was not conscientious about taking responsibility for the problems and inconveniences caused by his actions. An incredible amount of time and money could have been saved if another maintenance team was hired earlier on.

I had to get my hot water tank replaced. Manny and his son came first thing in the morning like they said they would. Very professional and friendly, and did a great job. They took time to explain things I should know about the tank and shut off valves, and cleaned up after themselves. Price is very reasonable compared to the other places I called.

I called Jim to get a water heater replaced in a rental property. He was very professional in every way- he always returned calls, he was punctual, he gave me clear info re costs involved. After his work was done, I had an electrical problem- Jim returned to the property and uncovered the source of the problem- which led to a quick resolution- which I was very happy about. The Roto-Rooter plumber was able to unclog my kitchen sink quickly and left no mess. He was very friendly and polite. I was very happy with the entire service.
