Power Plumbing has handled all my plumbing needs over the last 15 years. They are very responsive, fast workers, they know their craft. Their pricing is very reasonable.

They charged me $881 dollars to replace a kitchen faucet. The scope of the job was 1. Remove old faucet, 2. Install their own faucet. Done. This was not a $881 job, I'm still in shock! Never again

Jay answered early on a Sunday morning & talked through my potential problem with me, advising me honestly. He came over only hours after & as the problem was negligible he charged me a nominal fee. We were able to talk through a few other potential plumbing opportunities in my home & I was afforded some excellent advise. I'll be using them for any/all of my plumbing needs!

I'm a die hard Barrell fan and a customer for over fifteen years. Why? For example, Mike just came by yesterday to tune up our HVAC system. He's clearly an expert, calmly deals with unexpected adversity, and great to work with.

Also, when things go awry with poor workmanship Barrell has always expeditiously made us whole. The HQ team is delightful and I always recommend Barrell to friends, family, neighbors and anyone who asks who to go to for plumbing and HVAC work.

My kitchen sink shut off valves failed and got chunks of rubber all up in my faucet, making my kitchen sink totally unusable. Sillari sent plumbers first thing the next morning and they were able to fix the valves and clear the blockage. The two plumbers were very nice and super respectful about wearing a mask in my home.

I had to get my hot water tank replaced. Manny and his son came first thing in the morning like they said they would. Very professional and friendly, and did a great job. They took time to explain things I should know about the tank and shut off valves, and cleaned up after themselves. Price is very reasonable compared to the other places I called.

I called him on Sunday morning for no hot water. He responded to my call quickly and answered all my questions. He is very professional, knowledgeable. He was able to look at all the details through the pics i sent and provided quote with in 30 mins. Very reasonable price, came and installed the new water heater on Monday morning on time.

Joe came by after a whole day of us trying to unclog a drain and he was here on time. He got the clog unstuck pretty quickly. He was very nice highly recommend having him as your tech!!!

We've used Trust 1 a couple times now and I can clearly say they have been the best people to work with in all of Massachusetts. We had Keith over to install some appliances and they were in and out quickly and cleaned up as well. We've had them over for larger projects before and have always gone above and beyond. The prices tend to be a bit higher than average but they do make it up with the professionalism and quality of their services :)
