Very friendly staff, and very pleased with the professionalism as well as the work done. Staff was great about wearing masks/social distancing during the job as well. 100% would use again.

I left a message with T Flow this morning for a leaky faucet - Matt called me back within 10 minutes, and then helped me fix the faucet over the phone because they couldn’t come for a few days. He was extremely helpful and kind, and I wasn’t even an existing customer! Won’t hesitate to call them again next time.

Paul was very polite and professional. I am very happy with my new water heater. Very clean and professional plumber that I would like to recommend to anyone.

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

I am returning here to change my review as I have since been reached out to by McMahon over the phone and asked for honest feedback after I posted my original review. I have realized they do hold an honest commitment to serving the customer . I originally had reviewed McMahon and given 1 star.

My original assessment of the company came after I had used the company in two cases, to fix a broken shower valve and fix a circulator pump. In both cases, they had to come back a second time as problems arose from their original work job. I understand that mistakes are made and also that sometimes the part they use from the manufacturer may just turn out to be faulty. In both cases they came back and fixed the job with no additional charge. I think most of my original frustration came from the additional hassle of having to have them come out a second time in both cases.

However, my opinion has changed for the most part. After my original (not so kindly worded) review, I got a call from Mr. McMahon himself. He was very calm and receptive over the phone, stating he was disappointed that I had the experience I had and that he wanted to know what he could do to make it right. He listened to my criticism and took it kindly. He let me know that he hoped that there is always an honest dialogue with the customer, and that if the customer is disappointed they just reach out to him directly. My follow up conversation with Mr. McMahon was very good and convinced me in their commitment to ensuring the customer has a good experience.

Our boiler died and since it's quite old, not to mention exorbitant service fees by some companies, we decided to replace it. I called Frank Berardino, he called back right away and in an hour came by our house to give us estimate for replacement. He looked at our old boiler, asked what's wrong with it and before I knew what's happening he checked it and in no time found and fixed the problem - not to mention he saved us thousands of dollars for unnecessary replacement. Frank is the only man I'll call for heating and plumbing services.

First time customer and I had a positive experience with Anthony overall, completing two jobs in one with my kitchen sink - leaking faucet and a garbage disposal replacement. He provided great service and was responsive to my questions about the faucet issue and the varied pricing if I supplied the replacements or not. I called around noon and several texts later, we agreed he would come first thing the next morning.

Anthony texted me to confirm the appointment in the morning and updated me on his ETA. He and his associate arrived in face masks (a welcome and necessary precaution due to COVID-19!) and made quick work of both replacements. Tested to make sure both faucet and disposal were working and they were done. I thought he was there for a about an hour but when I checked the time, it had only been about 40 minutes to complete the work and settle up. They worked quick!

I reached out because of the positive reviews I found online and was not disappointed! I'll be sure to reach out to Drain Flow again if I find myself in need of any other drain services!

I have used Plumr for a few jobs now and will continue to do so in the future without any hesitation. Nick and co. is great to work with, he is very responsive and informative. Plumr has helped me install a water valve, sump pump and utility sink.

Pann's plumbing crew is excellent. Tim came on short notice twice, which is excellent because plumbing problems can be dire.

They are very good with scheduling appointments & the worker's get to your home, analyzes & figures out your systems problem easily. They're good.

Michael with Presidents Plumbing was super responsive when I had a problem with my heat. He took care of the issue and I had heat within an hour. He was super professional, explained the issue & how I can prevent it. For sure someone to rely on!

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.

Barrell Plumbing is the worst service provider I have ever encountered. The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. She slammed the phone while I was trying to explain to her that I never received any confirmation of appointment, so they should not charge me as there was never an agreement of order. I got not only excellent services from another provider, but also email confirmation and introduction of the team that would be working on my order. I received further email follow up from that provider to ensure I was satisfied with their service. It's like day and night compared to what I got from Barrell: rude receptionists (a woman and a man), no confirmation of appointment, $165 bill for dispatch fee and labor charge while they did not perform any services. I don't know how they can live with themselves charging people for nothing.
