Becky who runs the day to day is super pleasant and great to work with. We use them for hundreds of repairs calls a year, in addition as a general contractor they do plumbing for all our construction jobs. Great service my water heater had decided to die on me and flood my basement and of course it was on a holiday weekend i tried to get 3 other Co.'s to come out and help me with my poorly timed dilemma yiannis was the only one who was willing to come right over to help he had it replaced in no time and i even had him back after the holidays to service my hvac system.

I had them come to my place to see what is wrong with my heating system. They charged me 129$ just to come, and they say I need to replace the whole unit because they do not have the motor. I later found the motor with some other company and they were able to fix it. After, McMahon took a deposit of 500$ for the new unit even though I did not want it. When I asked for my money back, they charge me 129$ for coming which is fine, but they still charged me for 198$ because they were making phone calls to find a new motor. Also, they blocked my phone number because I was making phone calls to them to return my money. This is nonsense do not go for this company, they over charge you for nothing.

Rich is professional, personable, and takes the time to clearly explain everything. I was so concerned when my ceiling began to leak, and he thoroughly diagnosed the problem and dashed off to pick up the new parts. Thank you so much Rich for solving the problem like such a pro!

So glad my neighbor recommend Hourican Plumbing. Our water heater went out on Memorial Day and I figured we'd be without hot water for the week. But Pauric showed up within an hour, got us a quote and even installed a temporary mini hot water heater so we could get in showers. He was back the next day to put in our new indirect water heater. I barely knew the crew was in the basement. He even answered all the techie questions two engineers could throw at him. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to work with.

I am updating my earlier review. This company truly listens to their customers and does everything in their power to ensure that their customers feel valued and heard. I have used them for HVAC and plumbing needs for the last 6 years. I can always get an appointment fairly fast, professional techs to do the work (that arrive on time), and their front office is always there to help. Truly a trusted company in my book.

Steven Treska was meticulous and did an amazing job. He was thorough and manage to find the root cause of a leak that had persisted for 3 years. He came back the following day with what he needed to fix the identified leak, and fix it. Fingers crossed this has put the matter to rest for good.

We had some shaky pipes that needed to be secured and Tom and Joe were amazing. Very professional and their work is solid. When we initially called Velocity plumbing about the issue -they asked us to send a video to see if it needed fixing even without a in person eval, which I thought was an honest assessment. We have used them twice so far and will stick with these guys for any plumbing issues.

My heating system broke during the cold winter months. My uncle referred me to Silas. I called Silas he came in right away and was able to replace the parts needed. During this summer my AC stopped working I called Silas again. ( of course :)) he answered right away and stopped by the same day and fixed the unit by that evening with new parts. The Montrond Company's responsiveness, professionalism, and efficiency is one of the best. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Thank you Sillas!

Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
