I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

They did fantastic job on my clogged toilet. The service was prompt. They came within an hour. Technicians are very friendly and professional. Price was reasonable. Best plumbing service so far in my life !

We have been using Bell Tower Plumbing & Heating for years for all of our plumbing needs. We formerly owned a multi-unit apartment building and used Bill on a regular basis for many, many, tenant plumbing issues over the years. We also use Bill at our own home. He is very professional, on-time, quick to respond, reasonably priced, dependable and honest. Bill never tries to up-sell a job and I have always been pleased with his work. I had to get my hot water tank replaced. Manny and his son came first thing in the morning like they said they would. Very professional and friendly, and did a great job. They took time to explain things I should know about the tank and shut off valves, and cleaned up after themselves. Price is very reasonable compared to the other places I called.

Do not call a plumber if you have a clogged drain!! We had a professional plumber out who attempted to fix our problem only to have it return again and flood our whole basement. Roto-Rooter came out *same day* and found the root cause of the issue and fixed it properly. The technician was professional and determined to find the issue which was actually hidden behind the wall. For a while we weren't sure if we were going locate it, but with his professional experience he knew there was a drain catch that should have been back there. Highly recommend Trust 1. Had all new plumbing and a water heater installed by them recently. They were very professional and super easy to work with from start to finish. We had a leak issue and very old pipes that needed to be outright replaced. We called Trust 1 and scheduled an appointment. Anthony came to our home, did a full inspection of the existing plumbing and discussed our options. We could have fixed the leak but we didn't want to worry about future leaks so we decided to install all new pipes. Anthony walked us through the process, talked about costs and pipe options. The process and costs were reasonable so we scheduled the project. Installation was smooth. They showed up on time. They arrived at 8:30 and finished at about 6ish. Our home doesn't have a basement so the pipes were installed inside the house through the drywalls. The pipes are exposed in a few places but we plan on putting covers on them and there was barely any patching/repainting left to do after everything was done. The electrician wasn't available to connect the water heater but Anthony was able to install a temporary plug to make sure we would have hot water. The electrician came the next business day to properly install the water heater to the electrical panel. Now everything looks nice, clean and works great. Couldn't be happier.

Petros rebuilt 13 shutoff valves in my condo and installed a new kitchen faucet. He was clean, very quick, and knowledgeable. He loves his job and wants to do quality work. I appreciate that he explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it, and all his work made sense to me.

In contrast, I contacted 3 other plumbers - all of them were more expensive by varying degrees and estimated that the repairs would take all day. A few of them suggested repairs that were questionable.
