This company seems to be about taking advantage of the customer. We were in a pinch due to a problem with an old permit we had to close before we sold our condo. The work had already been done, we closed the old permit and since we were selling our condo very soon we just needed someone to pull a permit and be here when the inspector came to do the inspection. They quoted me $1,000.00 for this! If you want to deal with a company that takes advantage of people and tries to price gauge then these are the people for you however, they are not for us!!

I contacted Rich in early November to replace a malfunctioning boiler/hot water combination unit. Rich was prompt to return calls, and provided an extremely reasonable estimate within a few days of our first contact. He then completed the installation, and although the install was harder than he initially expected, he stuck to his original estimate. He installed a Burnham cast iron boiler, with an HTP 60 Gallon Superstor and we have been very happy with the results so far, and very impressed with Rich's installation and continued service.

Dishonest and worst ever. Sink leak after the repair. Technician did not disclose cost and asking a $20 basket strainer for $300 as part cost. Threatening to charge labor if he put the old parts back. I have to settle for $50. Call the office file a complaint, but no respond. Don't do business with this company!!!

We bought an older house this Summer, and, of course, soon discovered many things wrong with the chimney, plumbing, furnace, etc. We set about finding companies to deal with all of this and more.

After discovering a leak in our sewer line in the basement, we called a recommended plumber, who did not return three calls. We researched other plumbers, and found True Blue Plumbing. Their reviews were good, so I called. The great experience started when their office receptionist, Karen answered the phone, and was immediately responsive, helpful and reassuring. This excellent experience continued as plumber Mike arrived, looked at the problem. He needed to return with parts. He replaced the needed part, cleaned out the line and cleaned up the space before leaving, to look better than it had before. He also recommended a couple of additional things we could do in the future.

True Blue is a keeper company, and we are *very*grateful that we received no response from the first company we called! Thank you!

Honesty is all and Chillie Willie was honest with me about my unit not having any issues another company would of sold me a whole new unit when not needed !I will definitely be calling you guys back when needed no hesitation !!! AlphaOmega Plumbing did a great job. They had a very nice and friendly staff that fixed our furnace and our AC unit for us! They worked fast and gave a good deal. Definitely better than my past experiences. Now I have someone I can trust!

I had an emergency situation where my outdoor hose spigot was leaking aggressively and pooling at the foundation. I had to turn off the water to my house since I didn’t have a control valve for that spigot alone.

So it was urgent, I called and they were able to send someone out that morning! The plumber came with the parts needed, finished the work efficiently, and even came in to help with an unrelated clog/slow drain.

The work was great and the price was more than fair, very happy with the work.

Two faucets got replaced. Satisfied with the job, but there are two issues:1. I waited for a whole afternoon for the first time, which the company scheduled, but no one came. It is a waste of my time.2. There was a large crack on the counter of my sink. The technician might have broken it.

Jay answered early on a Sunday morning & talked through my potential problem with me, advising me honestly. He came over only hours after & as the problem was negligible he charged me a nominal fee. We were able to talk through a few other potential plumbing opportunities in my home & I was afforded some excellent advise. I'll be using them for any/all of my plumbing needs!

We had some shaky pipes that needed to be secured and Tom and Joe were amazing. Very professional and their work is solid. When we initially called Velocity plumbing about the issue -they asked us to send a video to see if it needed fixing even without a in person eval, which I thought was an honest assessment. We have used them twice so far and will stick with these guys for any plumbing issues.

Like above, they were responsive and fixed it, but they charged well above market.

I'm a die hard Barrell fan and a customer for over fifteen years. Why? For example, Mike just came by yesterday to tune up our HVAC system. He's clearly an expert, calmly deals with unexpected adversity, and great to work with.

Also, when things go awry with poor workmanship Barrell has always expeditiously made us whole. The HQ team is delightful and I always recommend Barrell to friends, family, neighbors and anyone who asks who to go to for plumbing and HVAC work.
