I've used CTW Plumbing and Heating for the last several years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their estimates are competitively priced, their workmanship is top-notch, they're responsive, and I can always count on them in a pinch. I've had them out to replace faucets, a water heater, and heating blower motor, and each time they arrived when they said they would and performed quality work. I'm grateful to have plumbers I can trust!

Matt replaced old and leaky 3 handle valve setups in two fiberglass tubs with new single handle setups. He is prompt, professional and fair priced. I recommend Matt and T-Flow without hesitation for any plumbing needs.

I am very happy with this company. They answered the phone which doesn’t sound like a lot but when you have water running down your wall that sure beats an answering machine and a callback 4 hours later. The work was professional and knowledgeable.

Called Pann for help diagnosing and repairing a ceiling leak in late summer 2021.

First response was prompt, and leak was diagnosed the next day. It however took 2 weeks for the leak to then be repaired. This was understandable given the importance of having the right tradesman available to solve the issue.

Since the original work in September 2021, the primary issue has been pace of scheduling. It can be difficult to schedule follow up visits to get the work fully completed. Initial calls to the office did not always result in follow ups. They have worked hard to fit me in on short notice, but the lack of predictability is challenging.

Once in touch with my actual technician, the work has gotten done well.

I recommend having either a long timeline or high flexibility in your availability if trying to fix a similar issue.

Fantastic service. Prompt, professional and efficient. Within minutes on a Sunday night I was in contact with a technician and they would have come over within the hour except they confirmed that I was taking the coerrect steps to stop my hot water heater from continuing to flood the basement. The next morning I had a temporary heater hooked up and 24 hours after that all was back to normal. While plumbing issues are no fun this was about as smooth a process as you could wish for. And the team was a pleasure to work with.

They actually showed up early and were done within half an hour. The plumber was super nice and gave us helpful advice on a separate issue we were having.

Initially based on her experience, I have called on them, now for several years, for my own HVAC maintenance requirements and most recently the installation of a completely new system . Both my neighbor and I have found them to be highly skilled, absolutely reliable, and reasonably priced. They are an excellent company with exemplary customer service that many other companies would do well to emulate. I give them the highest recommendation and a commendation for their service and the fine quality of their work.

Like above, they were responsive and fixed it, but they charged well above market.

After pricing around for a water heater replacement, I decided to go with Barrell because the price they quoted was pretty much the same as what other companies were charging and they were already familiar with our building. But when I subsequently spoke with the 'dispatcher' to schedule the install, she said the price would actually be $500 higher than the original quote. Obviously I did not go through with this company doing the work. Not sure why they would quote me one price (which I confirmed on a 2nd call) just to have them raise the price by $500 when I go to schedule.
