Great service my water heater had decided to die on me and flood my basement and of course it was on a holiday weekend i tried to get 3 other Co.'s to come out and help me with my poorly timed dilemma yiannis was the only one who was willing to come right over to help he had it replaced in no time and i even had him back after the holidays to service my hvac system.

We did that thing where you wait until the coldest day to turn the heater on... well it didn’t work! Frank was great on the phone and walked me through the checklist for our gas boiler. I sent out a few photos so he could see the type of unit and he called me back to let me know he could be here shortly. Ten minutes later we discovered the pilot light wouldn’t hold a flame and he quickly got the part and we had fire. He was personable and answered any questions I had-made me feel comfortable and confident in his service-and showed up in a mask taking appropriate precautions. We will be reaching out to him to schedule regular servicing of our units.

I was in a desperate place, the temperature had started dropping and the heating unit had failed. The tenants in the unit were not happy, and neither was I. It was Saturday afternoon, and I had called two plumbers already, and couldn't get my calls returned.

But Matt, picks up and is always there. I explained what the problem was.

Even though, it was out of his way, he said he was going to stop by and take a look. He was there with in the hour. I was completely at a loss at what to do with the heater, and some how through a combination of skill, expertise, and knowledge, it was fixed in another hour. I don't know how Matt works his magic, but it works for me when I need it.

Very professional, personable, and I would hire them again I would recommend them as a 5 star comp.

I had them come to my place to see what is wrong with my heating system. They charged me 129$ just to come, and they say I need to replace the whole unit because they do not have the motor. I later found the motor with some other company and they were able to fix it. After, McMahon took a deposit of 500$ for the new unit even though I did not want it. When I asked for my money back, they charge me 129$ for coming which is fine, but they still charged me for 198$ because they were making phone calls to find a new motor. Also, they blocked my phone number because I was making phone calls to them to return my money. This is nonsense do not go for this company, they over charge you for nothing.

I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

Frank showed right on time, very professional , personable and very knowledgeable, he repaired my toilet in very quick time, reasonable rates and cleaned up after he was done, he was all you can ask for

I just happened to come across Tony on a Google search when my hot water heater went and I'm very glad I did. I called mid morning and by early afternoon they were at my house ready to go. I really appreciated the text updates the whole day of when he would be arriving, when he was a few minutes out and so forth. I didn't have to sit at home the whole day waiting and wondering when they would arrive because he kept me totally posted. Tony and his partner were quick to identify the problem and remedy it. They removed the old tank and replaced it in no time and was very efficient and professional. Quality of work was excellent and so was his price. I plan on using him for other plumbing work in the near future. I'm comfortable recommending him to my friends and family as hey I got a guy who does all plumbing work and doesn't ripp you off.

Rich came out the same day as my water heater died, with permits and a replacement in tow. He was thorough, prompt, professional and personable. He took time to explain the details of the system and how it worked. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely use him again.

Nick and his team are always available no matter the day or time. They explain everything and always fairly priced.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.
