Frank and his team were recommended to me by several neighbors; I reached out for a quote for the installation of a gas line to add a grill to my deck and he was incredibly responsive. He came to take a look and was incredibly detail-oriented, noting several areas of consideration that other plumbers had not mentioned to me - as a result, we hired them for the job. He arrived right on time and was able to complete the project in short order. Great service, great result - would highly recommend!

Couple years ago they came out for an estimate to install a new bathroom. The appointment for the estimate and receiving the estimate was very quick. Their price was fair, although we ended up deciding not to install the bathroom. This year they replaced a water heater for us. The water heater itself ended up being faulty and they had to replace the new one too. Worked with Matt on the water heater and he was great to work with.

We recently had a clogged drain and cracked drain pipe. We called Power Plumbing, and Dave got back to us within a half hour. He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. We would definitely use Power Plumbing again, and would recommend them highly.

This was my second time working with Drain Flow, the first was back in January when we needed a kitchen disposal changed, they showed up on time, communication was great, and the job was done right. Very, very happy! My water heater broke down and started leaking at the beginning of a long, holiday weekend. Googled water heater repairs in the Revere area and found Rich Mathews. He came right out the next morning and fixed me right up! Excellent work. Efficient, polite, thorough and honest. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Called this company for an after-hours plumbing emergency at my house. Paid a lot of money for a visit from the technician on call. He was friendly and professional, but he left without doing anything except turning the main supply off, and the company wanted to send someone *11 days later* just to give me an estimate on a fix (???)

I ended up calling another plumber who came on 36 hours notice and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours.

The tech was great but he quoted me $930.00 to replace a part which I already bought but he couldn’t use because I opened the package. And replace a gasket on a vale. I called another plumber and it cost me $160.00 and the work was warranty. I think you need to reassess your app for quoting.

I have been working with Narrow Way on a number of jobs around my house, an old! Boston house; jobs have ranged from putting in a laundry sink to plumbing a bathroom . They are very reliable; they come when they say they will, they complete the work they say they will in budget. If they can't do it in budget they let you know why and they have options. They know how to deal with old homes and the surprises they bring to any job. And they treat the customer like a partner instead of the opposition or a brainless impediment (or worse). I recommend them.
