John came and repaired some duct work so that the heat flow increased into the room I needed it too.

During the bitter cold snap over this past weekend, we realized we had no hot water and poor heat. Went down to the basement to find water all over the floor. After spending 2 hours on the phone looking for plumber, T-Flow called me back and came the next day! Henry & Jose came promptly on time & spent 6 hours, replacing the hot water heater & cleaning the furnace & replacing old parts. They were great - professional, courteous & willing to do more after clearing it with their boss, Matt. Matt was great too -- keeping in contact with my landlord to get necessary approvals for repairs. This is the 3rd time I've called TFlow & had a positive experience each time. I highly recommend them.

The schedulers and plumbers were professional and capable, but the owner was very rude. I had an issue with a stove after they replaced the gas hose and when I tried to explain it he kept talking over me and shouting no. If he didn't understand the issue, it would have been professional to discuss it calmly and/or investigate it. I will be using a different plumbing company in the future.

781 helped me some time ago with refilling the Freon in my ac unit and recently helped me troubleshoot a power issue with my thermostat over the phone.

I called Rich Matthews at the beginning of December to talk about replacing my ancient (1982) furnace and a water heater that was starting to hurt. Add in that I was trying to do it through Mass Save with a heat loan. Rich came out to my house on a Saturday to look at the job and give us the quote we would need to get the heat loan. He had the quote to me that same day via email and he dropped off a paper copy the next business day. He's forthright and honest and he started teeing up the special pieces we would need while we were waiting for the bank to approve the loan. He was very responsive the whole time and was good about giving me a call for updates.

Because of the jury-rigged nature of the old furnace, he told us it would take two days, possibly three, to get the old one out and the new furnace and water heater in. He replaced the water heater on day one so we wouldn't be without. Then he worked late on a Friday to get everything done right before the temperatures dropped down below 20. The new ductwork, venting, and drain for the condensate are all really well done. You can see the quality of his work. It is well below freezing outside, and this is the warmest my house has been since I bought it. He even came back after the install was complete to change an exterior fitting for the air intake because he wasn't happy with the part he had on hand when he did the job originally.

10/10 I would go back to Rich for any work I needed done.

I called Pescatore Plumbing to fix my gas boiler. They got someone out within 2.5 hours of my phone call. Andrew did an excellent job - he was patient, and professional, and took time to answer my questions (I had a lot!). Pricing was reasonable and clearly broken out for me before I had to decide what work I wanted completed. I'm very happy to pay a fair price for good work. I feel confident I got both of these with Pescatore Plumbing.

It's nice to say good-bye to some aggravating plumbing problems - the individuals who came to give an estimate performed the work the same day - they were polite, professional, and helpful. The whole experience was a welcome departure from the usual call and leave a message, wait two days or more (often never) for a response, etc. Plumrs online scheduling is great. I will use them again.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!
