Best Heating System in Boston MA

I had CTW Plumbing and Heating for several plumbing jobs. He did not supervise his plumbers, delayed fixing unfinishied job and sent some bills almost 9 months later for a return visit and other paid job. CTW owner Caleb did not supervised one major job that cost close to $3,000 of repairing heat pipe. His plumber left metal end caps bend and stuck out in several places. Only after I asked him repeatedlyl to send plumber to come back to fix the end caps, he sent one but still many places have loose end caps that stuck out its sharp metal edges for my rental apartment. Caleb 8 or 9 months later charged for the visit. He also sent me overdue notice for the work that was paid on the day of job again 9 month later. I provided paid receipt from 9 month ago.
He did not listen but stubborn, argumentative, and arrogant instead of straightening things out and He could not provide free services. When did he provided free service? I still have end caps that are loose and open.

Great service my water heater had decided to die on me and flood my basement and of course it was on a holiday weekend i tried to get 3 other Co.'s to come out and help me with my poorly timed dilemma yiannis was the only one who was willing to come right over to help he had it replaced in no time and i even had him back after the holidays to service my hvac system.

My hot water heater broke on a Sunday and Frank responded to me very quickly upon reaching out to him. He was prompt and efficient and easy to work with.

We were having an issue with our garbage disposal. I called T-flow and left a message. They returned my call promptly and were able to help us solve the issue over the phone. Great service!

Paul was very polite and professional. I am very happy with my new water heater. Very clean and professional plumber that I would like to recommend to anyone.

I called White’s recently to replace a leaking 3 foot section of cast iron sewer line.

After calling 6 other local plumbers, White’s was the only one able to stop by the day the leak started, temporarily repair it, and come back the next day to complete the job. They were decent, courteous, neat, and fast.

However, they charged $2400 in labor for a repair that took 4 hours and about $50 in parts. I expected to pay more for an emergency repair, but not to be taken.

If you are willing to pay a premium, White’s will do an excellent job. However, if you can, I’d recommend shopping around.

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

I use McMahon Plumbing & Heating on a regular basis and have always received good, quality service. The office is friendly and helpful in assisting with scheduling the service around my tenant's availability. The technicians arrive on-time and resolve the issue immediately. Highly recommend McMahon for all your plumbing and heating needs.

I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

Highly recommend using Frank, I was very happy with all aspects of the job, and would call him again.

First time customer and I had a positive experience with Anthony overall, completing two jobs in one with my kitchen sink - leaking faucet and a garbage disposal replacement. He provided great service and was responsive to my questions about the faucet issue and the varied pricing if I supplied the replacements or not. I called around noon and several texts later, we agreed he would come first thing the next morning.

Anthony texted me to confirm the appointment in the morning and updated me on his ETA. He and his associate arrived in face masks (a welcome and necessary precaution due to COVID-19!) and made quick work of both replacements. Tested to make sure both faucet and disposal were working and they were done. I thought he was there for a about an hour but when I checked the time, it had only been about 40 minutes to complete the work and settle up. They worked quick!

I reached out because of the positive reviews I found online and was not disappointed! I'll be sure to reach out to Drain Flow again if I find myself in need of any other drain services!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Rich on getting two of my boilers replaced. Rich is extremely friendly, professional and thorough gentleman. He came over as soon as I called him, was very detail oriented with the work outline and the quote. He is technically brilliant and made very valuable suggestions that helped me get the most appropriate boiler for my house. He also helped me do the paperwork for the masssave rebate and loan program. His prices are very economical and the whole project was finished in a span of one week. I was extremely impressed with how the whole installation turned out. Both the boilers are running perfect. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!
