Prompt service, was able to have a technician come within one day of contact. Was able to describe the issue to dispatch over the phone which streamlined service upon arrival. Technician was on time and very nice. Explained the work to be done and successfully completed the job in 1 hour (shower diverter replacement, sink drain declogging). Fair price for service, overall great!

Another excellent experience with Pann Home Services. Our furnace was on it’s last legs…still working but inefficient and quite old. Frank and Tim from Pann suggested we replace it now rather than wait for a failure in the middle of winter in Boston. They did a masterful job, coordinated all the work and were a pleasure to deal with. Pann may not be the least expensive but they are top grade and extremely professional!

I can’t say enough about Pauric and his team He listened to our needs and got to work immediately. He was so professional and gave us exactly what we envisioned bringing faucets, garbage disposal and bath and shower parts that were exquisite. He worked so efficiently, there were times when I forgot he was here. In between each job, he made sure we were pleased before moving on to the next one. There was an unexpected problem with a pipe that was faulty in our bathroom that we never knew about and although he hadn’t expected to find that, he fixed it for us. Recently, my daughter bought a new home and the heating system needed to be replaced. I can’t begin to tell you the quality of THAT job. Tom is one of most the skilled and effective contractors I have ever worked with. (I am an architect and licensed builder with twenty plus years of experience.) I have worked with Tom for the past two years and his company has expertly completed several very complicated jobs. The work included providing water lines, drainage lines and gas lines to locations that did not have these lines. Each required identifying complicated routes running through finished, occupied, space. His company has responded to service calls for bathrooms, heating systems and sprinkler systems. His service calls are timely and he is very good at trouble shooting and solving problems. Tom is a very direct communicator and easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and will say he has to research something if he is not 100% sure of the answer. Velocity Plumbing and Heating is one of a few few contractors that I can say with certainty will always aim to provide the best possible job, at competitive rates.

Had an appointment and they did not show up, call, or respond to my text asking if they were still coming. Now I have to find someone else to fix the leak under my sink. Very disappointing.

We needed part of our main line replaced because of a leaky saddle valve installed many years ago for our ice maker. The water supply had been off for two days going three days. We called Sunday evening not expecting to get a response until Monday morning. They called back that evening and recognizing the urgency of our situation scheduled a visit for 8am Monday morning. They arrived on time Monday morning, assessed the situation, gave us a fixed price, and proceeded to replace valve, a damaged section pipe, and even mounted a new ice maker filter that I had purchased. Everything was up and running within a few hours. Excellent job!
