Frank was a lifesaver. He was fast, professional and very helpful. My partner and I moved into our place recently and have never had an HVAC system before so we were clueless but Frank explained everything he was doing and why. We called him Monday and he was by first thing Tuesday morning and had us up and running in no time. Reasonable pricing and a nice guy.

The guys came out in less than 48 hours, diagnosed the problem, gave me two options on how to fix it, and stayed all day to fix my problem even though it was supposed to be a quick morning job. Very nice, cleaned everything up after, and were honest with the up-front price I was quoted (even though it took longer than expected).

I will definitely use T-Flow again for my plumbing needs.

Rich is the most responsive plumber I have met. A solid professional whose depth of experience and knowledge can handle any all your plumbing work. Our job look like a straight forward electric water heater, but no, there were problems in evacuating old tank. Rich had all the tools to circumvent the issue. Pescatore's plumber did an amazing job replacing a valve for the shower that leaked. Very professional, reliable work and fit me in quickly though they were busy. It's such a relief to finally find a great plumber. I cannot recommend them enough. Best guys on the North shore and Boston, seriously!

Nick was very responsive to our outreach and was able to diagnose the problem from a video that was sent to him. His team was on time and changed their schedule to better suit ours. The repair cost was 4x cheaper than another local plumber which we've used quoted...we will be using Plumr from now on!

This company did a service to replace a water heater for me. The pipes have gone extremely rusty in no time. They are completely unprofessional. I have reached out multiple times in the past few weeks about them needing to come back and take a relook but no response. I am covered under their service agreement but I have gotten no response from then after an extremely POOR JOB they did.
