I've used CTW Plumbing and Heating for the last several years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their estimates are competitively priced, their workmanship is top-notch, they're responsive, and I can always count on them in a pinch. I've had them out to replace faucets, a water heater, and heating blower motor, and each time they arrived when they said they would and performed quality work. I'm grateful to have plumbers I can trust!

Matt, who took my calls, was prompt in returning my calls and scheduling an appointment, and he was clear and responsive in his communications.

Henry and Keith were the technicians that came to my house, and they were friendly, down to earth, and professional. They were obviously good at their jobs and knew what they were doing, and they helpfully walked me through their steps so I understood what they were doing and why. They replaced a damaged shut-off valve under our kitchen faucet, and removed the piece of rubber gasket that had broken off and traveled up into my Grohe faucet, blocking the flow of my hot water. These guys are faucet whisperers. As a bonus, they were also clean and orderly in their work and didn't make a mess.

T Flow's pricing was transparent and fair, and Henry and Keith struck me as honest plumbers. I am very happy with the overall work they did, and plan on recommending them to all my friends!

They were really focused on getting the job done, they worked carefully in difficult circumstances to find and complete all the issues necessary to repair frozen pipe damage, the quality of their work was excellent as was the care they took of, and in, the house. Used Chillie Willie in Saugus for a heating system and water heater install. Was attentive to our needs, worked with us, took pride in their work, Will use again for future needs.

Lost heat to our home, called McGrath Plumbing and a person actually answered as opposed to an answering machine for most other companies. They responded quickly on a snowy stormy night, diagnosed and repaired the problem in quick order and had our heat back on in no time. The charge was most reasonable, more so for it being a weekend and a snow storm. It is nice to know there are still old school local companies which do great work for a fair price. Will use McGrath Plumbing in the future for our plumbing heating needs and definitely recommend them to others.

Called Tom White to make an appointment to service my steam heating system and he said he was booked to next summer. weird.

Charlie and team installed a new gas boiler in our home about 2 years ago and everything about the experience was excellent. His communication was thorough and he explained all of the work up front and answered several questions as to the products being used, etc. The system has worked flawlessly since and Pinnacle would be my first call for any plumbing or heating work in the future!

Jay and his father are the best! They will give you truly impartial advice on what's best for you and your house rather than optimizing for their own good. Plus, their work is top notch. I am glad we have found them.
