Called Tom White to make an appointment to service my steam heating system and he said he was booked to next summer. weird.

First snow storm in 2020 and my tenants told me the heat didn't work. Drew sent his team over within a very short period of time and took care of the problem for us. Highly recommend the level of his customer service and quality of their work. I am also a realtor and will recommend them to my other clients and realtor contacts.

I left a message with T Flow this morning for a leaky faucet - Matt called me back within 10 minutes, and then helped me fix the faucet over the phone because they couldn’t come for a few days. He was extremely helpful and kind, and I wasn’t even an existing customer! Won’t hesitate to call them again next time.

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

The fellow who changed my kitchen faucet was highly competent and affable, when after hitting several frustrating snags not of his own making, solved the problem and did a satisfactory repair.

Had a leak in my steam heating system return pipe. For the last several years there was also clanging
in the system. After the leak was repaired the clanging has also stopped.

Total sham. He tried to charge me $6800 to replace my AC (less than 10 years old) entirely and charged me $250 for him to diagnosis that, while he was only here for about 30 minutes. Another guy is fixing it for $2400. He also undoubtedly made my AC problem worse while he was diagnosing it. It ran before he was here, and it completely stopped after he left. I'm assuming to cause some urgency in this summer heat and just have my blindly agree to his $6800.

It's my Dad's plumbing company, so... He's good at fixing old systems, and likes taking on the odd complex problems that pop up in old plumbing and heating systems in the basements of Boston. He puts a lot of thought into crafting new high efficiency heating systems too, and likes to save energy in the long run by putting in nessisary effort upfront to reduce heat loss.

We called Pinnacle and they got us an appointment within two days. Pleasant office staff to start. Pinnacle sent over a fantastic tech, Alex to resolve our issues. He was courteous, explained everything and spent a great amount of time resolving an ongoing issue that another company botched majorly.
