I was with out heat and the guys came quickly had everything up in running again. Saved my pipes from bursting! I would highly recommend them to anyone

We did that thing where you wait until the coldest day to turn the heater on... well it didn’t work! Frank was great on the phone and walked me through the checklist for our gas boiler. I sent out a few photos so he could see the type of unit and he called me back to let me know he could be here shortly. Ten minutes later we discovered the pilot light wouldn’t hold a flame and he quickly got the part and we had fire. He was personable and answered any questions I had-made me feel comfortable and confident in his service-and showed up in a mask taking appropriate precautions. We will be reaching out to him to schedule regular servicing of our units.

I Called Drew about an emergency leak in my upstairs kitchen sink that was leaking all over the walls in the downstaris. After calling him on a 10Am on a Wednesday he had sent Juan over to take a look. Juan quickly assessed and was able to get the leak fixed immediately. Now the only thing left to do is repair the water damage.Very thankful for them and will be using them in the future.

Professional and honest! We contacted them because our sink disposal was not working. He could have easily charged us and sent someone over, but walked us through a common troubleshooting process that we were able to do ourselves. We will use definitely be using this company again. White's Installed my gas heating system ten years ago. If there ever is an issue (and any issue is with my old radiators, not the furnace) they return my call very quickly. Have recommended this company several times (as a Realtor) and everyone has been pleased!

Advertise 24 hours Emergency Services, but called on Sunday with an active leak (gallon in 5 minutes) and they said they couldn't come out until Tuesday. If I could wait 2-days its not an emergency. Found service elsewhere.

I was impressed with Frank from start to finish. I am a realtor and have rental properties and he is the first one to be that responsive and pick up the phone. His work was great. He was on time and even fit us in because I called last minute about a heating problem. He is also very reasonable with his pricing. I do highly recommend him and will continue using his company.

On a recent Google search for water heaters I found Boston Water Heaters and requested service. It was nice to see an owner actually answer the phone and speak to me directly. Not only was the service prompt but professional. Rich did an amazing job with our new water heater installation. It far exceeded our expectations. It is the most efficient water heater we've ever had. It is nice to see the personal approach taken by Rich and that family businesses still exist and you don't have to deal with a large company. It's nice to say good-bye to some aggravating plumbing problems - the individuals who came to give an estimate performed the work the same day - they were polite, professional, and helpful. The whole experience was a welcome departure from the usual call and leave a message, wait two days or more (often never) for a response, etc. Plumrs online scheduling is great. I will use them again.

This is by far the sleaziest operation in town. Came over to snake the drain, blew a hole in our pipes and then charged me 1200$ To fix his mistake as water poured through the floors into the basement. Put me in a situation where I had no choice but to agree to this price. What a JOKE! Avoid them at all costs, many many other options out there.

This company did a service to replace a water heater for me. The pipes have gone extremely rusty in no time. They are completely unprofessional. I have reached out multiple times in the past few weeks about them needing to come back and take a relook but no response. I am covered under their service agreement but I have gotten no response from then after an extremely POOR JOB they did.
