I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

Frank is great! Responsive, on time, addressed the repair to our sump pump with ease, and double checked his work. I highly recommend and will be using him again! Plus his rates are great

I had an emergency situation where my outdoor hose spigot was leaking aggressively and pooling at the foundation. I had to turn off the water to my house since I didn’t have a control valve for that spigot alone.

So it was urgent, I called and they were able to send someone out that morning! The plumber came with the parts needed, finished the work efficiently, and even came in to help with an unrelated clog/slow drain.

The work was great and the price was more than fair, very happy with the work.

Vincent is an absolute gem! I’m so lucky that I found him. I found him on a forum discussing a complicated problem with my heating system. Countless other plumbers had tried and failed to fix it. When he came over he told me that it was just two wires that were switched. I have hired him for other things since. He was here yesterday to fix a rotted out cast-iron drain pipe that was embedded in my wall. He cut out a perfectly clean square,did the work, replaced the square and cleaned up every speck of dust. Also he calls you right back and is super responsive. He’s a very intelligent and hard-working man. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Was the first to answer to a weekend call. We had a leaking relief valve. Showed up promptly on Monday morning and took care of business quickly and professionally. Will call again.

I called him on Sunday morning for no hot water. He responded to my call quickly and answered all my questions. He is very professional, knowledgeable. He was able to look at all the details through the pics i sent and provided quote with in 30 mins. Very reasonable price, came and installed the new water heater on Monday morning on time.

Call Wayne! He is a lovely, knowledgeable, and very entertaining human! After calling many plumbers, Wayne was the first (& only) one to call us back. He was kind and patient is understanding our issue with our laundry room and was able to fix our pipes in no time! While doing so, he educated us about some of the plumbing while also telling some of the greatest stories you'll ever hear! Such a pleasure to work with, we will absolutely be using Wayne for all our future plumbing needs!
