Best Emergency Services Available in Boston MA

i've used this company several times over the years for clogs - the main line to the house, the washer, the tenant's (who dumped grease & bolts down the drain) sink. they have always been reasonably priced and did a great job on the clogs. i was in the process of recommending them to a friend so i decided to write a review.

Frank was very unprofessional, he failed to show up when he schedules to, prolonged the job and was very dis-respectful. He revised the price upward in the middle of job and after we agreed on the new price he did install the sump pump, got paid in full but didn't return to complete what he promised even after several calls, voicemails and texts up to this moment. I had to get someone else to redo the job.

Look no further for your drain issues. I highly recommend this business. Andy and his crew were awesome and super attentive to the work. I was extremely please with all of the repairs.

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

They charged me $150 for spending a couple of minutes to tell me to call a plumber!! We called the plumber and found no issue. I called a different drain cleaning company and they came over to diagnose the problem and fixed it. If Rapid flow had done a their job we would not have needed to call the plumber and a different draining company. I wasted time and money and regret calling Rapid Flow in the first place.

I think this is the most professional mold removal company I have ever worked with. Recently, my office bathroom was filled with mold, so I got in touch with them to get it removed. Mold was effectively removed and now the bathroom is clean and clear as it was before.

My boiler malfunctioned very early on a Sunday morning in a snowstorm leaving us with no heat. The only 24 hour emergency service plumbing and heating company in the area to answer the phone at 6am was Joe. He came over within the hour and fixed the issue a few minutes later. He was polite, professional and courteous. I will definitely be calling him again for any of my plumbing and heating needs. I strongly recommend him.

My main sewer line was clogged so bad in the basement that sewerage was coming out the washer drain.called boston Budget and even though I have a home warranty they were dragging there feet so I had Tom come in and cleared it out immediately. Great job...

Petros rebuilt 13 shutoff valves in my condo and installed a new kitchen faucet. He was clean, very quick, and knowledgeable. He loves his job and wants to do quality work. I appreciate that he explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it, and all his work made sense to me.

In contrast, I contacted 3 other plumbers - all of them were more expensive by varying degrees and estimated that the repairs would take all day. A few of them suggested repairs that were questionable.
