Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

Rich replaced our hot water heater recently and did some other work for us a couple of years ago. Anytime I've called Rich he's responded very quickly, he shows up on time, and if he says he's going to do something he does it. He always has a great attitude, too. Even when things don't go exactly as planned. I won't hesitate to call Rich for our next water heater.

A lot of bells and whistles with expensive poor service. I had a kitchen plumbing issue and called them based on good reviews. The customer service was good over the phone and setting up an appointment was easy. However, the technician was novice at best. He recommended some major repairs and gave me a big quote. And then he gave me an invoice for $158 - $79 dispatch fee and $79 evaluation service call fee. I don't know why they have two fees, shouldn't they just have dispatch fee? I did not want to argue with him about these fees, so I paid him and he left.I called my local plumber who took very long to response because he was very busy. He evaluated the whole plumbing issue and told me that it is not as bad as it looks and he fixed it the same day for a fraction of the quote that was provided by Akian.I felt like I was scammed. I am not calling them again.

Avoid by all means! Called and asked to repair the leak in bathroom. I was not home during the repairs but asked to communicate any issues or if any walls need to be opened. The guy came, demolished the entire ceiling, charged over $400 to replace a $35 shower valve cartridge. Less than 5 days later the leak happened again. Another guy came, looked at the shower valve and said its not their part that caused the leak. Broke drain assembly, left parts sitting in the tub. I called and asked to come back and repair the parts they left dissembled. Third guy came said that thread is stripped and it will cost me another $500 to repair. They beg people and offer money to remove bad reviews. I have case open on BBB against these crooks too.

The first “visit” was virtual, via FaceTime, and he surveyed the existing setup with a lot of attention to detail before proposing how to proceed. He came over the next day to prep / setup, and the day after installed the heater! Quoted $1600 on a job that I got done for $300 when asked for breakdown of parts vs labor guy shrugged...did come out on time to quote the job though, now a day 3 stars for that.

Two other plumbers had no idea what was causing my heating system to fail. After wasting money on service calls, GPH had it figured out within an hour of inspection and fixed within a day. These guys are experienced and reasonably priced. My go-to from this point forward.
