I called for an appointment when my AC suddenly stopped working during a heatwave, and Winters was, rightfully, very booked up and couldn't see me for a few days. However, the very next day they called in the morning when there was a cancellation to see if I was interested in seeing them that day - which is awesome. Vinnie and Lucas arrived shortly thereafter, asked a few questions, and immediately set to work troubleshooting the issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me - and stopped to answer every question I had about my unit! They even went the extra step of cleaning the unit (it had definitely been a while) to ensure it continued to run smoothly. I will say, there was a flat-fee rate for the company that was steep - but it's now hours later and my house is cool and the AC has worked perfectly. All and all, the gentlemen delivered a service even better than promised - I will call again for HVAC services!

I reached out to Narrow Way to help with the plumbing of a kitchen remodel. I spoke to Mary who was very cheerful and promptly helped me set up an appointment. They sent me Mario to take a look at the work and he was very helpful in his recommendations. He never followed up with the actual pricing, even though he called me to tell me he would.
Fast forward a few days, I call and speak to Mary again who prompts Mario to call me with pricing. We spoke and committed to a date and time of when they’d complete what was needed.
This is where it goes downhill. When it came time to actually get the work done, they sent Steve who showed up an hour late (without reaching out to let me know that). When he showed up to do the work, he was inside looking at things etc. He me that he needed to leave to go get a part. When he came back, he informed me that his supervisor advised him to stop the work because there were unexpected things (based on pictures he sent in) and that the quote they gave me wasn’t enough to cover the work and they needed to bill me by hour instead. So 2 hours in, nothing was accomplished. They insisted that another supervisor needed to come out and assess the situation which happened on a Friday afternoon. After this supervisor’s visit, I was told that I’d have an appointment for the following day, Saturday at 7:30 AM. I get a call from Jose at 8 AM to let me know that he won’t be able to come until 10 AM because he’s dispatched to an emergency. 2 hours later and he still no showed.
Backdrop to all this is that I had to arrange for other parties to be there (contractor to install cabinets after plumbing is done) along with an electrician to hook up the dishwasher. Due to their flakiness and lack of commitment to their word, I had to pay everyone for 2 days worth of work for nothing being completed. Even though they present a good front when comes to talking, they lack the professionalism and substance to be reliable to actually get the work done - which is what matters in the service world.

We had Jessica L. Help us with our bathroom and give us estimates for some other jobs. She was very respectful of our home and was able to appropriately fix our shower issue in a timely fashion!

After getting an especially high quote based on a misdiagnosis of the problem we contacted Vincent. He was AMAZING! Friendly and professional he responded right away and had wonderful communication as I text pictures of the issue (our tub wasn’t draining and the other company said it would be a multi day very expensive fix). He fitted us into his tight schedule, solved the problem within an hour, his rate for the job was very reasonable, he wore a mask and gloves the whole time for covid safety, and when he left you would never have know he was there except that now we have our shower back! We will definitely use him again for any plumbing needs, Thank you Vincent!!

Don’t ever use this company. They scheduled someone to come assess damage and twice they simply didn’t show up. Because this was for a tenant occupied unit I had to sit in traffic for an hour each time. The first time they called 20 minutes before the appointment and the second time nobody even called. A waste of time and effort. Find someone else.

Highly recommend Bill … did a great job installing our new hot water heater and has been helpful with a handful of issues that popped up over the years.

Michel from this company came to my house and converted oil to a gas system. He did a very good job Michel is very honest and his prices are fair I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends he is very hard working if can give him 7 stars I would and I am very satisfied with his work and he is very fast.

They charged me $500 for an estimate that was double what it cost for someone else to do the job...stay away from them!
