Best Drain Camera Inspection in Boston MA

I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

Tony was punctual extremely professional, got the job done in less than 30 mins, while training an apprentice . Great personality, I give this business 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you have plumbing issues Tony is your guy!!

Hercules arrived to identify a drain obstruction in a former gutter connection that went into the City storm drain. They connected their high pressure jet to no avail, and then a special ball-headed nozzle, again to no avail. Well I guess it didn't work: $325. And when asked, they didn't pump out the obstructed water or their jet water that further flooded the drywell. I had to go to Home Depot and buy a pump.

Jeremiah from Boston Plumbing was really helpful in addressing my questions and reassuring me that we had made the proper decision when I spoke with him today to ask a few more. He didn't try to sell me anything; rather, he just laid out the facts and was honest about the amount of labor required. DJ and Shawn were on time and well-equipped for the task at hand.

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

For the damage that was left behind from the water, WMF Restoration came out and cleaned it all out.

Have used Rapid Flow before. Always quick to respond and thorough in troubleshooting and fixing the issue at hand. Would highly recommend and use them again if necessary.
