Great service my water heater had decided to die on me and flood my basement and of course it was on a holiday weekend i tried to get 3 other Co.'s to come out and help me with my poorly timed dilemma yiannis was the only one who was willing to come right over to help he had it replaced in no time and i even had him back after the holidays to service my hvac system.

The guys came out in less than 48 hours, diagnosed the problem, gave me two options on how to fix it, and stayed all day to fix my problem even though it was supposed to be a quick morning job. Very nice, cleaned everything up after, and were honest with the up-front price I was quoted (even though it took longer than expected).

I will definitely use T-Flow again for my plumbing needs.

This was a new experience for my father’s home and once Shayla picked up the phone she made me feel comfortable with a sense that I was in good hands. Tico and his crew arrived in less than 30 minutes after I placed the first the call and thoroughly inspected where was the issue with the sewer lateral pipe break and identified it; as another company in Boston provided my father wrong info on the lateral break. Tico,Brandon along with everyone on his crew were so amazing and professional. They got the job done in a few hours! Thankfully, Brad and his team replaced my furnace in 2017, 17 days into the Bio freeze. Brad handled the project in a truly professional and satisfactory manner.Today, Jan. 3, 2022, Nicholas came for the Annual Maintenance and cleaning.He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

They were quickly available & scheduled the job for the next morning. Nice folks. It was a difficult copper solder-joint leak in a nearly inaccessible space, but they were able to solder in new copper joint w/o burning the surrounding wood, then heat-cycled the boiler to make sure the leak was truly fixed. They worked quickly, but did not try to cut any corners - they did the correct fix vs. the quick fix.

They showed up when they said they would, fixed the problem and cleaned up after! Very reasonably priced and they were nice to my dog. What more can you ask for?
