Best Boiler System in Boston MA

I am very impressed with CTW Plumbing and will definitely refer them to family and friends.

They came on time, were professional, friendly and respectful and did an amazing job removing my (gross) disposal and putting in a really nice new one. It is working great. Wonderful experience so I wanted to share.

Frank and his team worked fast and were great! He told me everything he was doing and even fixed a couple things that we didn’t originally discuss because he found some issues. Everything went great and my new heating unit is installed perfectly

I am returning here to change my review as I have since been reached out to by McMahon over the phone and asked for honest feedback after I posted my original review. I have realized they do hold an honest commitment to serving the customer . I originally had reviewed McMahon and given 1 star.

My original assessment of the company came after I had used the company in two cases, to fix a broken shower valve and fix a circulator pump. In both cases, they had to come back a second time as problems arose from their original work job. I understand that mistakes are made and also that sometimes the part they use from the manufacturer may just turn out to be faulty. In both cases they came back and fixed the job with no additional charge. I think most of my original frustration came from the additional hassle of having to have them come out a second time in both cases.

However, my opinion has changed for the most part. After my original (not so kindly worded) review, I got a call from Mr. McMahon himself. He was very calm and receptive over the phone, stating he was disappointed that I had the experience I had and that he wanted to know what he could do to make it right. He listened to my criticism and took it kindly. He let me know that he hoped that there is always an honest dialogue with the customer, and that if the customer is disappointed they just reach out to him directly. My follow up conversation with Mr. McMahon was very good and convinced me in their commitment to ensuring the customer has a good experience.

Frank is a great guy who always puts his head down and goes to work A trustworthy and available electrician is hard to come by, and Frank is a hard worker who is reliable and gets the job done correctly!

They came to my house immediately to inspect the work needed, and they came back later in the day to do the job but I had to ask them to do it another day to run the details of the repair by the person buying my house. They understood and came back on my next day off of work and did the job perfectly. Immediate response and flexible scheduling.

On a recent Google search for water heaters I found Boston Water Heaters and requested service. It was nice to see an owner actually answer the phone and speak to me directly. Not only was the service prompt but professional. Rich did an amazing job with our new water heater installation. It far exceeded our expectations. It is the most efficient water heater we've ever had. It is nice to see the personal approach taken by Rich and that family businesses still exist and you don't have to deal with a large company. I would highly recommend Boston Water Heaters to anyone in need of service. You will not be disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I had a plumbing problem and I called to Pann Home Services. Tim B. was assigned to come into my house. He identified the problem and discussed with me all possible options how to fix it. The job was performed very efficiently. We have been customers of Pan Home Services for many years. I think that the success of this company in attracting new and keeping the existing customers is mostly in the hands of its employees. Workers like Tim B. make this company successful. He is very technically adept and he also provides highly professional advice on the necessary services. I trust Tim B. This company has people I trust.
