We did that thing where you wait until the coldest day to turn the heater on... well it didn’t work! Frank was great on the phone and walked me through the checklist for our gas boiler. I sent out a few photos so he could see the type of unit and he called me back to let me know he could be here shortly. Ten minutes later we discovered the pilot light wouldn’t hold a flame and he quickly got the part and we had fire. He was personable and answered any questions I had-made me feel comfortable and confident in his service-and showed up in a mask taking appropriate precautions. We will be reaching out to him to schedule regular servicing of our units.

They came to my house immediately to inspect the work needed, and they came back later in the day to do the job but I had to ask them to do it another day to run the details of the repair by the person buying my house. They understood and came back on my next day off of work and did the job perfectly. Immediate response and flexible scheduling.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

My husband and I contacted Hourican Plumbing to refinish a basement bathroom. The owner, Pauric, was quick to setup a consultation that specifically addressed our concern regarding the positioning of our main drain. Not only did Pauric come up with a creative solution that allowed us to maximum the most space in a small bathroom, but he thoroughly explained our options and laid out all of the pros and cons which was very much appreciated. This past week Pauric completed the job and we could not be happier. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work and can execute just well as he communicates. We are so thankful we have finally found our ‘go to’ for all future projects!
